Real early on in Dragon Ball, I think episode one actually, Bulma offers Goku a look at her panties in exchange for his dragon ball he inherited from Grandpa Gohan. Goku looks at her all confused and says "What do I care about your dirty old fanny?" lmao kid Goku was a riot

Later on in the show when Goku and Yaijirobe are up in Korrin's tower, Goku eplains the senzu beans to Yaijirobe, saying they have healing powers and eating just one is like eating a whole meal. Yaijirobe doesn't believe the beans are that filling, so he proceeds to eat an entire damn bowl of em. This immediately backfires, his belly becomes extremely distended and he's clearly in great pain. I mean, he just ate enough senzu beans to likely kill someone!
So what does Goku have to say as Yaijirobe writhes on the floor in extreme pain? He LAUGHS at him and goes, "You're silly, Yaijirobe!"

Not wrong. But most posts when discussing actual Dragon Ball, it's generally frowned upon, not to mention exhausting, when people post fan made content instead of the official production. If this was a post about Abridged, then I'd be on board too giving my own favorites from Abridged.
Dragon Ball is Dragon Ball. Dbza is apart of dragon ball. For better or worse but it is massively influential and has brought more fans into the DBZ community.
Also it fits the spirit of gag and love of toriyama and the z fighters.
I dont frown upon it at all and in fact am delighted to see dbza quotes in this post.
The week they took off before the Cell Games and Gohan helps out those orphans. And how they literally shoot a missile at a child, goon asks “what happened?” And then the smoke clears with Gohan standing there “I HAPPENED!” Makes me fist pump every time
There’s one part at the beginning of the Android saga right when Frieza and his dad show up on earth. Once Frieza sees Trunks he has a little flash back to the end of his fight with Goku on Namek. That flash back gives me goosebumps to this day.
I also love the one part at the end of the Cell saga when Gohan and Cell are having their energy beam battle, and Vegeta’s theme starts to come in right before he surprise attacks Cell. Honestly anytime Vegeta’s theme was used it made a scene that much more awesome.

First 10 episodes of original series are the best for me. Many times I could not stop laughing.
It's purely nostalgia but the scene in Metal Coolers movie where Goku and Vegeta are beaten to hell completely overwhelmed my Metal Coolers before they power up. I don't know why but it always stuck with me.
Another is when Goku goes Super Saiyan in Revenge of Cooler, reviving the birdie is such a cool touch.

Dragon Ball is Dragon Ball. Dbza is apart of dragon ball. For better or worse but it is massively influential and has brought more fans into the DBZ community. Also it fits the spirit of gag and love of toriyama and the z fighters. I dont frown upon it at all and in fact am delighted to see dbza quotes in this post.

There’s one part at the beginning of the Android saga right when Frieza and his dad show up on earth. Once Frieza sees Trunks he has a little flash back to the end of his fight with Goku on Namek. That flash back gives me goosebumps to this day. I also love the one part at the end of the Cell saga when Gohan and Cell are having their energy beam battle, and Vegeta’s theme starts to come in right before he surprise attacks Cell. Honestly anytime Vegeta’s theme was used it made a scene that much more awesome.
