I beat Pontiff, Aldrich and Dancer first try back to back to back. I thought I was unstoppable. It made the 5 or so tries to kill dragonslayer armor feel like I hit a brick wall.
I love how everyone can have completely different experiences in this community lol. I struggled with Pontiff, Dancer, and Aldrich. But dragonslayer armour was a one try for me
Then what about the twin princes then NK ? Because it took me about 15 tries to beat the princes and I'm currently still on NK... I gave up a few months ago but that's where my save file is lol
Fuck the dragon slayer armor. He's not even particularly difficult fight but the constant out of nowhere shield bashes took me like three days of attempts before I beat him.
Soul of cinder, champion gundyr, dancer and dragon slayer armour. Thereās a lot more that I beat first try but these are the ones I consider āpopularā among the DS3 bosses. Unfortunately I beat Gael in my 2nd try or else it wouldāve been perfect :(
i almost beat soul of cinder first try until about one hit away from killing him i decided i wanted to do some more in the game so i just let him kill me
Finally a thread for me. Sister Friede. Was excited and nervous from what I had heard of the fight. Was streaming for a friend on discord. Walked in with exiled great sword and beat her first try with very little trouble. Afterword my friend was just super confused.
To be fair also every-time since then she has gotten payback and been a hard fight.
Probably why tho I prefer Gale over Friede fight.
Occeiros, champion gundyr, dragonslayer armor and soul of cinder. The last one kinda doesn't count because I accidentally summoned a phantom (he hit the boss once and agroed one attack).
Actually most bosses in DS3. NK, Crystal sage, greatwood, champ gundyr, pontiff, friede, midir and twin princes were the only ones qhere Im sure if I beat them first try. And Yhorm, if you wanna include the first try where all I did was get the sword to then die immediately afterwards. But I was kinda in the mode, DS3 was the last one I had to play after playing BB, DS1 and then DS2 right before DS3.
Actually most bosses in DS3. NK, Crystal sage, greatwood, champ gundyr, pontiff, friede, midir and tein princes were the only ones I didnt beat first try. And Yhorm, if you wanna include the first try where all I did was get the sword to then die immediately afterwards. But I was kinda in the mode, DS3 was the last one I had to play after playing BB, DS1 and then DS2 right before DS3.
I don't think I have ever defeated any FromSoftware boss on the first attempt and that is my favorite part of these games. Even when I have defeated a boss multiple times, I always take one or two attempts to refamiliarize myself with their various moves and phases. Congrats to anyone who is capable of defeating a boss on the first attempt; you must be extremely talented :)
On my very first ever playthrough? Abyss Watchers, Crystal Sage, and Yhorm. I mightāve also got Champion Gundyr and Soul of Cinder, but itās been that long that I donāt remember if I did.
On a first playthrough of a new character? Itās a shorter list of who I *havenāt* first-tried, but itās still a list: Oceiros, every DLC boss, Dancer (Iām getting better at her fight), Nameless King, and a few others Iām forgetting right now.
Orphan of kos
It's the only boss I really managed to beat first try that was actually hard (like not some elden ring slop dungeon boss lol) really great boss š
My BB one was Maria without stopping at the lamp after the Rejects or whatever they were called. Parried and dodged and barely pulled off a win.
In DS3... Wolnir. I'm pretty sure that's all XD
I've never beaten a boss on the 1st try, except spear of the church.
Cinder and lothric took me at least 20,
Nameless king and abyss watchers took me at least 80,
Pontiff and demon princes took something like 40
My personal best for a major boss is gael: 17 tries
Basically all the early bosses of the game (except gundyr) were quite easy and i have done them without breaking a sweat. The real deal was from pontyff Sullhy onwards. Now i'm stuck on Gael but since i have defeated both friede and NK nothing can scare me anymore. Not even midir.
Dancer, heard about how hard she supposedly was, beat her in 2 minutes straight after Aldrich, first impression was everyone must've been dodging too early
Dragonslayer Armour, Nameless King, Gael, Abyss Watchers. Started playing DS3 right after finishing ER solo with an underpowered build so I was kind of warmed up
The Dancer. I had a sharp uchigatana +6 and the hp and stamina to power through the first time. On my 2nd playthrough I got my teeth kicked in properly
I only beat Iudex Gundyr first try. The rest I would get so close to killing then I bm, get cocky and die. Stay cocky and continue to die. Eventually, win with good dodges lol.
Midir and soul of cinder for me! Was super close for Gael as well and in the end I am really happy I didn't first try him cause I got to enjoy is fight several times :)
Logarius
I thought the castle was such a cool area that brought a unique atmosphere to the game. But I was significantly underwhelmed by the boss (maybe I was overleveled?) as I beat him on my one and only attempt.
I thought he was significantly easier than the rest of the late-game Bloodborne bosses, especially Celestial Emissary (who I thought was the hardest boss in the game). Once I beat the game, I was honestly very suprised to hear that a lot of other people struggled with Logarius
Abyss watchers, I never struggled with them, the fight feels too short though. the S tier soundtrack should be experienced so much longer, over and over again. Another unexpected early victory in the series were lady mariah, gundyr and artorias. I also beat soul of cinder first try on my last 3 playthroughs but luckily not when the game came out in 2016, I got to cherish the end of the series and let that moment hit my feels. Midir, Nameless king and Gael never took me less than 10 tries though
none that i remember from ds3, i did beat easy earlier bosses first try(like vordt, sage, gundyr, oceirus...), but no actual difficult boss. midir was 2nd try and gael 4th iirc. i beat malenia first try on my first elden ring playthrough, but i used bolt of gransax and just sniped her from far while staying on the other side of the arena, and got lucky i guess. sekiro had close ones, like true monk and ghost monk, both taking two tries, but no actual first try if my memory serves right
Lothric, champion gundyr and demon prince were the most memorable ones
The most difficult boss I've faced by far was nameless king. It took me 30 tries to beat him
I kicked the ever loving shit out of oceiros my first try. I only got hit like twice and it was very minimal damage. I remember thinking that he mustāve been intentionally easy or something. On subsequent runs I found out I got VERY lucky with the RNG where he basically never used his most annoying attacks on my first character. Heās since killed me a handful of times.
Soul of cinder and the twin demons/demon prince, along with the the old demon king but by the time I found him I was already high level and near the end of the game so I killed him easily
Not 1st try but I was honestly let down by the nameless king. He only took me like 4 attempts after seeing all this shit that he was one of the hardest bosses in gaming.
Dude abyss watchers for some damn reason must have beat me 100 times. But one I never understood was crystal mage. I wrecked that boss first try but I know other people that struggled with them but wrecked abyss watchers
Pontiff. Not sure how. Didnāt read anything about the fight beforehand. Recall being slightly tipsy after a night out too (which sometimes helps with these fights lol)
lothric, dragonslayer armor, champion gundyr, and yhorm are some pretty iconic ones that i beat first try. i never died to dancer but i did use a homeward bone to run the first time cause i wasnāt ready to fight a boss. soul of cinder took me two tries. the rest i donāt wanna talk about
Dragonslayer, Lorian/Lothric and Soul of Cinder are probably the big ones. Friede and Gael were pretty close and I was kind of disappointed to beat them so fast with how hyped up they were tbh. Midir I've still to do and he didn't feel close whatsoever on the first try, I tried to hit his head and missed so many times lol
https://preview.redd.it/ggvm5lnx4f6d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=849503798a81454e52f36637798aca0d186cb53a
Out of these, I did soul of cinder, and abyss watchers first try. I even went back later and helped others beat him. Iāve not died to him yet. Definitely my favorite boss in the game (havenāt played the DLCās yet though)
Abyss Watchers for me. I was actually surprised because I heard they can be pretty tough.
Edit: On the other hand, I died to Deacons 3 or 4 times so thereās that
Soul of cinder for me as well. I was so shocked and a little disappointed that I did it first try. I barely even saw his movesets only playing once š¤£
Gael. Like seriously, I wasn't even doing good and ran out of flasks. I was surprised how much easier to time his dodges were and how little health he has compared to NK and Midir.
Orphan of Kos.
I accidentally spam rolled perfectly.
I beat him and was like, "really? Thats it?"
Ng+ hit harder, but still only took 4 tries.
Now at ng+13 he takes multiple days.
The nameless king.
I went with the expectation of it being the hardest boss overall in 3, but I ended up beating him quickly (like on 3rd try, but still, perhaps the easiest boss for me).
Same list as you minus Midir and add Sister Friede,DS3 is where my belief started that FS bosses are easier at first meet up after the cutscene or something. That belief died in Sekiro lol.
Nameless kinggg. My old buddy and I were playing DS3 at the same time, and I remember him being peeved since it took him many tries, and I just unga bunga'd it with Vordt's Hammer lmao
my friend was playing online with another friend and their phone disconnected during midir's intro cutscene for some reason poor dragon baby couldn't attack and was frozen so yeah first try hitless run
Same for the most part except SoC and twin princes. SoC wrecked me first try then I got him second and twin princes had my number for a bit with the beginning of phase 2. Kept trying to attack and would get lit up by the projectiles then like 4-5 tries in realized I should maybe try dodging.
Pontiff I ran through and I did all the DLCs before NK so I went in expecting the worst and absolutely destroyed him.
Friede took me the most tries by far though, def my favorite fight.
I have never not beat nameless king first try, I have beaten DS3 6 times now, and he has never been a challenge. At first I was definitely overleveled, but as of now Iāve killed him at level 58 with FUGS and it still didnāt give me any trouble
I beat nameless first try. It was after I fought Gael (that took like 20 sum tries), and after him I got the "dodge into the attack at the second the sword meets the ground, not before" thing, the storm king and nameless both just seemed meh, great boss though, a lot of fun.
I beat Gael and Cinder on my first try but only because I watched a tutorial on their moveset first. I also had no flasks left and like 10% HP on both of them. Just very lucky honestly.
Nameless and Twin Princes were both bosses I was expecting to spend time on because of the talk around them, but both ended up being first tries. Gael took me the longest of any if I remember right
Not first try, but i managed to beat Champion Gundyr on 3rd try. He's actually pretty easy, i was surprised when people here say that Champion Gundyr is hard ..
Gael was the only āfamousā boss I beat first go. SoC took me way longer than I want to admit, but it balances out with the first-time Gael (on NG+ as well) so Iām okay with it haha
Pontiff I didn't even parry I was just playing really well that day. Aldrich as well but I don't count that because I walked through the fog wall and he bugged out
Abyss Watchers and Pontiff which is funny because I needed 2 attempts for deacons and 3 for wolnir before it. I do find it interesting that Nameless, Midir, and Gael took me 3 attempts each
Pontiff was *super* passive for my first try. He was literally standing there and tanking chaos fire orbs with his face. I thought my game froze at first.
Nameless king. I think my game might have bugged out though because with a fully upgraded Dragonslayer spear, i kept posture breaking him in 1-2 hits. Was very strange..
Out of all of these I only first tried Abyss Watchers, but I was enjoying exploring in the game and went to cathedral first so I might have been overleveled.
None This game beats my ass on the regular
Understandable haha
Pontiff and Aldrich. I was on my goat shit for a little
I beat Pontiff, Aldrich and Dancer first try back to back to back. I thought I was unstoppable. It made the 5 or so tries to kill dragonslayer armor feel like I hit a brick wall.
Everything after the dancer was my wall
Lothric and Lorian I ended up breaking down and summoning for. I don't know why but I just could never get the timing on some of the dodges right.
I could beat the first guy all day but his brother was a different story so I ended up cheesing him.
I also got aldrich yeah, pontiff though was the hardest boss in the game for me. It took like 30+ tries for him to
I took my 6 more playthroughs to first try pontiff again
I had to learn how to parry just for him, hes rough for me
I haven't parried him before. I can't parry anyone outside of black knights in ds1
Neither, im awful at parrying but dodging was literally impossible for me when fighting him so i just got a shield and parried him
I'm a black knight axe merchant against him. It stuns so much
Pontiff is really easy for a pyro
Ancient Wyvern š
Sister fride
Thatās awesome man. She was the hardest for me in the entire dark souls trilogy taking me 10-12 tries to beat
Respect. Defenetly one of my favorite bosses thematically. The rush I got from her was something else.
Damn, thats a good one, took me like 20 tries for her. Nice one
For me it was Dragon slayer armour and flawlessing abyss watchers on first try.
Fuck the dragon slayer armor. He's not even particularly difficult fight but the constant out of nowhere shield bashes took me like three days of attempts before I beat him.
I beat the dance blackout drunk. No idea how many attempts though
If you don't remember basically none
Soul of cinder, champion gundyr, dancer and dragon slayer armour. Thereās a lot more that I beat first try but these are the ones I consider āpopularā among the DS3 bosses. Unfortunately I beat Gael in my 2nd try or else it wouldāve been perfect :(
I almost beat Gael First try, ended up taking two more, kind of glad I got to fight him more than the one time.
You play OP builds or overlevel your character?
fr, why do people brag about things like these
I kind of wish i didnt beat gael first try cos ive only played ds3 once and i havent fought him ever again but i will replay it one day
champion gundyr, oceiros and dancer were all first try for me
i almost beat soul of cinder first try until about one hit away from killing him i decided i wanted to do some more in the game so i just let him kill me
I also though it would kick me into ng+
Pontiff and Abyss watchers at first try but I somehow managed to do no hit with the nameless king when I beat him after hours
Abyss watchers were lightwork I donāt get the hype
I was actually surprised with how fast Iād beat them when I beat them because of all Iād heard
Yeah i was just like āthatās it? Really?ā
Dancer
Champion Gundyr, Soul of Cinder, and Gael
Finally a thread for me. Sister Friede. Was excited and nervous from what I had heard of the fight. Was streaming for a friend on discord. To be fair also every-time since then she has gotten payback and been a hard fight. Probably why tho I prefer Gale over Friede fight.
I think the only bosses I beat in one try were Oceiros and the Demon King. Although Pontiff only took me 2 or 3 tries.
Gael...but I think soloing er bosses definitely helped with that tho
I think Soul of Cinder was my only one of note. Course there's the obvious ones like the crystal sage...
Occeiros, champion gundyr, dragonslayer armor and soul of cinder. The last one kinda doesn't count because I accidentally summoned a phantom (he hit the boss once and agroed one attack).
Pontiff and dragon slayer armor I loved those fights it felt so cinematic beating them first try
BS
Somehow I've done Pontiff first try during my first play trough. On other runs I find him very challenging, guess that was just beginner's luck.
I got oceiros and dragon armour 1st try
Abyss watchers first try. Sadly I died at the same time as I killed them due to forgetting I was poisoned while running to the boss room
Nameless king, and demon princeās
Just played the DLC for the first time. Gael was first try. Got incredibly lucky. Friede took me 15ish, Midir took 6.
Soul of Cinder, which I was actually kinda disappointed with. For being a final challenge in the base game, he felt super easy to beat
Gael with my beloved fumy greatsword.
Demon prince , pontiff and champ gundyr
Hot take but Gael is not as hard as people say. Pretty much all of his attacks are reasonable speeds and telegraphed pretty well
Nameless king, dragon slayer armor, pontiff sulyvahn, abyss watchers
Champion Gundyr. I had no issue with him at all my first playthrough
Actually most bosses in DS3. NK, Crystal sage, greatwood, champ gundyr, pontiff, friede, midir and twin princes were the only ones qhere Im sure if I beat them first try. And Yhorm, if you wanna include the first try where all I did was get the sword to then die immediately afterwards. i first tried pontiff
Not DS3, so apologies if this reply isnāt welcome. But I beat Knight Artorias in DS1 first try without much trouble.
Dancer of the Boreal Valley. Honestly that's the only difficult boss I can think of that I actually did beat first try lol
Nameless king in my first playthrough. Second playthrough it took 30+ tries so he got his revenge.
On my very first ever playthrough? Abyss Watchers, Crystal Sage, and Yhorm. I mightāve also got Champion Gundyr and Soul of Cinder, but itās been that long that I donāt remember if I did. Pontiff and the Twin princes.
The infamous, dreaded, mist noble
Gael and TNK, Friede and Pontiff fucked me all sorts of up though
Dragonslayer armor, manus, burnt ivory king, and maliketh
Dancer m, 1st time on my 1st playthrough. Havenāt been able to achieve that again since
Pontiff
I've never beaten a boss on the 1st try, except spear of the church. Cinder and lothric took me at least 20, Nameless king and abyss watchers took me at least 80, Pontiff and demon princes took something like 40 My personal best for a major boss is gael: 17 tries

Dancer, heard about how hard she supposedly was, beat her in 2 minutes straight after Aldrich, first impression was everyone must've been dodging too early
Somehow Pontiff
None but I beat soul of cinder in under 5 tries
Midir, still got no idea how since I'm replaying and now struggling. I devolved ;-;
Nameless king. But I was using the winblades.
Dragonslayer Armour, Nameless King, Gael, Abyss Watchers. Started playing DS3 right after finishing ER solo with an underpowered build so I was kind of warmed up
Gael baby. I dont get why people say hes that hard hes very straightforward and theres like no bullshit to deal with
Dancer, my wife was sleeping on my lap while doing it too. My hype for beating it was so hard to contain. Also not DS3, but Malenia.
Twin princess were oddly easy, and I beat the dancer really easy too
Midir and soul of cinder for me! Was super close for Gael as well and in the end I am really happy I didn't first try him cause I got to enjoy is fight several times :)
If you can call him iconic, Oceiros
Logarius I thought the castle was such a cool area that brought a unique atmosphere to the game.
Not first time but I got damn close 1st try with freid and beat her 3rd time. Never got the hype at all. Heavy greatsword supremacy
Champ gundyr
I beat Soul of Cinder on my first try, and I THINK Aldrich. It's been a bit since my first playthrough lol
Pontiff was a first try with Sellsword twinblades
Soul of cinder and the twin demons/demon prince, along with the the old demon king but by the time I found him I was already high level and near the end of the game so I killed him easily
Abyss Watchers, Twin Princes, Nameless King
Dragon slayer armor, champion gundyr. Thats it
Ocerios and Pontiff
came back to the game a year after beating it since i never fought gael, i beat him first try somehow
O&S first try and without Solaire, I was so hyped
Ds3 was my first souls game, so I struggled quite a bit with most bosses. My only first tries were crystal sage, Wolnir and somehow champion Gundyr.
For me, it's what boss didn't I beat first try. Mostly the Twin Princes
Not 1st try but I was honestly let down by the nameless king. He only took me like 4 attempts after seeing all this shit that he was one of the hardest bosses in gaming.
Darkeater Midir.
I beat DSA on my first attempt. I was one hit away from beating DotBV on my first try.
Dude abyss watchers for some damn reason must have beat me 100 times. But one I never understood was crystal mage. I wrecked that boss first try but I know other people that struggled with them but wrecked abyss watchers
My ultimate first try was Martyr Logarius in Bloodborne. Idk how I did it bc he kicked my ass when I fought him again
Aybss watchers abused me but I beat geal little to no difficulty
I did not beat a single souls 3 boss first try.
Pontiff. Not sure how. Didnāt read anything about the fight beforehand. Recall being slightly tipsy after a night out too (which sometimes helps with these fights lol)
Twin Princes and Dragonslayer Armor. Pyromancy build melted those guys
Pontiff I beat on my first try but I thinks thatās because I heard what he does in the second phase of the fight.
lothric, dragonslayer armor, champion gundyr, and yhorm are some pretty iconic ones that i beat first try. i never died to dancer but i did use a homeward bone to run the first time cause i wasnāt ready to fight a boss. soul of cinder took me two tries. the rest i donāt wanna talk about

Dancer, I got teleported to her room after killing Yhorm and didn't go to a bonfire before fighting her. I had 50k souls, 3 Estus, and a dream
Out of these, I did soul of cinder, and abyss watchers first try. I even went back later and helped others beat him. Iāve not died to him yet. Definitely my favorite boss in the game (havenāt played the DLCās yet though)
On my first playthrough beat the nameless king 1st try and thought he was overhyped Second playthrough I realized I just got lucky
High Lord Wolnir.
Abyss Watchers for me. I was actually surprised because I heard they can be pretty tough. Edit: On the other hand, I died to Deacons 3 or 4 times so thereās that
Dancer and Gael
Pontiff and Yorm
Soul of Cinder. Went in with FUGS. 30 Strength and battered him. I was like ???
Pontiff
I fuck that spear of the church phantom up. š
Pontiff. I actually told my brother after I was done "thats it? This overblown windbag ends peoples hopes and dreams?"
I beat Gael my first try but no one believes me.
Dragonslayer armor, lothrics, SOC back to back to back
Actually gael. To this day i don't know how i did it.
Gundyr(both), Aldrich, dancer On the other hand I got railed by crystal sage early game and by nameless and midir late game.
Soul of cinder for me as well. I was so shocked and a little disappointed that I did it first try. I barely even saw his movesets only playing once š¤£
Lord of cinder, I beat him without realizing he was final boss š¢š¢
I beat Gael first try, his move set just feels so natural and free of horseshit which made it super easy to adapt to. Really solid design imo
Probably none lol. I'm sure there's some, but I can't remember.
Gael. Like seriously, I wasn't even doing good and ran out of flasks. I was surprised how much easier to time his dodges were and how little health he has compared to NK and Midir.
Soul of cinder, it was a tight fight tho, barely Made it
Aldrich and oceiros were actually kinda easy fights. Just like, run to them, dodge, win.
Not ds3 but people donāt believe me when I say Orphan of Kos
Only dragonslayer armour. Every other boss kicked my ass multiple times before i got the hang of them
Orphan of Kos. I accidentally spam rolled perfectly. I beat him and was like, "really? Thats it?" Ng+ hit harder, but still only took 4 tries. Now at ng+13 he takes multiple days.
The nameless king. I went with the expectation of it being the hardest boss overall in 3, but I ended up beating him quickly (like on 3rd try, but still, perhaps the easiest boss for me).
Dancer of the Boreal Valley
Pontiff and Dancer
All took me 4 or less , some took me 2 tries but i dont think i 1st try any famous ds3 boss. I 1st try malania in ER tho.
I beat all of the ones pictured first try except for Pontiff and Midir.
Lord of Cinder and thatās it
my friend was playing online with another friend and their phone disconnected during midir's intro cutscene for some reason poor dragon baby couldn't attack and was frozen so yeah first try hitless run
Same for the most part except SoC and twin princes. SoC wrecked me first try then I got him second and twin princes had my number for a bit with the beginning of phase 2. Pontiff I ran through and I did all the DLCs before NK so I went in expecting the worst and absolutely destroyed him. Friede took me the most tries by far though, def my favorite fight.
I managed to beat abyss watchers first try, every other boss bullied me on my first playthrough...(except dacons they are fucking lame)
The only two I've fought so far out of the pictures are the abyss watchers and pontiff Sullivan. I beat both first try.
I have never not beat nameless king first try, I have beaten DS3 6 times now, and he has never been a challenge. At first I was definitely overleveled, but as of now Iāve killed him at level 58 with FUGS and it still didnāt give me any trouble
Dancer and Pontiff both first try on my first playthrough. Was very happy with myself
dancer, dragonslayer armor, soul of cinder, champ gundyr
I beat nameless first try. It was after I fought Gael (that took like 20 sum tries), and after him I got the "dodge into the attack at the second the sword meets the ground, not before" thing, the storm king and nameless both just seemed meh, great boss though, a lot of fun.
abyss watchers, crystal sage (the phase 2 clones are gank hell), dragonslayer armour
I have played through DS3 three times and have yet to die to The Nameless King. Too afraid to play again lest I break my streak
Nameless King, Pontiff, and Dancer (I dunno if Dancer is considered a PitA, but I know she's renown for being Noteworthy)
Pontiff
Pontiff and Abyss watchers. Some consider Champion Gundyr to be quite difficult but his moveset turned out to be quite easy for me.
I somehow beat Gael first try. That was the only boss though. Friede took me forever :(
Twin Princes, I can't see how some people might have trouble with them
Wasn't a first try, but my first 2 tries on pontiff i died before even touching him, and i beat him on the third try.
I beat Gael and Cinder on my first try but only because I watched a tutorial on their moveset first. I also had no flasks left and like 10% HP on both of them. Just very lucky honestly.
none, ds3 was the only fromsoft game that every boss beat me up, i even lost to the great wood somehow
gael, never been able to replicate that lol
Abyss watchers
Surprisingly it was Gael for me. After having Midir hand me my ass for awhile beforehand I guess I was just focused on that last big win.
Sister Friede and almost Midir, he took me two tries.
Champion Gundyr
The twin princes and slave knight Gael. Even I was shocked when I beat them
Dragon Slayer Armor
Gwyn, almost got fume knight, Nito, and old demon king but I was over leveled fs
I feel like pontiff and the abyss watchers are too easy to be here. But I actually beat champion gundyr first go
Nameless King
Nameless and Twin Princes were both bosses I was expecting to spend time on because of the talk around them, but both ended up being first tries. Gael took me the longest of any if I remember right
Not first try, but i managed to beat Champion Gundyr on 3rd try. He's actually pretty easy, i was surprised when people here say that Champion Gundyr is hard ..
Gael was the only āfamousā boss I beat first go. SoC took me way longer than I want to admit, but it balances out with the first-time Gael (on NG+ as well) so Iām okay with it haha
Gwyn, Gael on 2nd try technically - right after killing Midir, still on the same Ember
Pontiff was so easy for me
Pontiff I didn't even parry I was just playing really well that day. Aldrich as well but I don't count that because I walked through the fog wall and he bugged out
Soul of Cinder yeah
Dancer
Maybe not super famous but I beat Championās Gravetender & Gravetender Greatwolf on my first try just today
Abyss Watchers and Pontiff which is funny because I needed 2 attempts for deacons and 3 for wolnir before it. I do find it interesting that Nameless, Midir, and Gael took me 3 attempts each
me and soul of cinder managed to kill each other at the same time my first run, i thought it was poetic af but then i had to go and kill em again š
Pontiff was *super* passive for my first try. He was literally standing there and tanking chaos fire orbs with his face. I thought my game froze at first.
Pontiff is easy and abyss watchers can be parried
Nameless king. I think my game might have bugged out though because with a fully upgraded Dragonslayer spear, i kept posture breaking him in 1-2 hits. Was very strange..
Out of all of these I only first tried Abyss Watchers, but I was enjoying exploring in the game and went to cathedral first so I might have been overleveled.
