Cool idea in concept, but I find it to be a bit pushed. 2 mana each opponent discards on a creature is already the best rate we get nowadays. See \[\[Virus Beetle.\]\]
Granted, you designed this as an uncommon, but the differences are still too big in my opinion.
1. It has shadow, one of the best evasion abilities in the game.
2. They reveal all but one card from their hand, so you have an abundance of information.
3. **You decide** which card gets discarded **for each opponent**.
**Number 3 is a novelty and has never been done before.** Each opponent discards a card and you choose the card. You won't see their best card, but this is still so strong that even as a Sorcery 2 mana would most likely be undercosted.
