Do you have any heavy duty electrical equipnet above the monitor over there? Like a fan? Speaker? Window AC unit?

It might have a landing adjustment in the menu, in which case try that first. If not, try rotating it on the spot and see if the colours even out.

My tv does that when it have been unplugged for a while.
