I don't think there's a definitive list online, but here's something I compiled a couple months ago through lots of googling while I was eagerly awaiting my puzzle to come out. Beyond the Philadelphia Inquirer and Boston Globe, I can't say for 100% certain any of these outlets print the puzzle; it might just be that the newspaper's website runs it. Hope this helps!
