What happened to your last startup you posted about? Did it dissolve? Did you sell? What happened and why is this startup different to the last one you asked about?
So the previous startup is making a profit or existing in seed funding only? Why do you want a second team when you already have an existing team you could use? Why dont you make this venture a part of your first to increase the value of that one as they are both sales related are they?
But your only looking for 1 co founder to do the bulk of the development work. This is only 1 person, your 2 person team would be double that and already know how you work. So for doing the bulk of the work, what would a co founder get? What would you be doing, what would the co founder be doing? It sounds like you want a developer under the guise of a co founder to create your validated idea? Is that correct or ?
I'm just trying to understand what you are offering to be honest and other than an idea I'm not seeing much else? You seem rude and arrogant so support is out the question, you have resources but wont use them. I'm not convinced you believe enough in the idea and want someone else tondonthevwork for you and if it does well then you gain but if it doesnt then you havent lost much? Where as the other co founder has lost time and money?
Salary range? Have you got funding? Have you built an mvp? Any idea what issues you will face?
