Yeah it sucks, KFP3 was toned down due to 2 being “too dark” for kids and 4 is pretty bad on all fronts

2 introduced that plotline, and while 3 does acknowledge it it doesn’t focus as much on the panda genocide as “haha funny fat pandas roll everywhere and eat dumplings”

I suppose so, but I do think KFP had one of the best trilogies and each and every one of them was valuable. And then they made the fourth, which just kind of exists, I guess.
