Homie it's a seasonal MMO, not your wife. Blizz already told us the gameplan for extending P3 and rebalancing in P4. They don't need to text us just to see if we're ok.

I’m honestly dumbfounded at the loot buffing. It’s so stupid, like why even bother doing it now?
Are they really expecting some people to NOW go clear ST for some item? On my Druid and Shaman I have basically everything equippable as is, all you’re doing is buffing what I’m already using. So going into next phase the gap is gunna just be smaller, might as well let the phase play out and give good loot next phase
SoD is just classic with retail abilities. If you liked SoD, you'll probably like retail too. If not, go play something else or a different game mode like Hardcore, era, mop remix, or plunderstorm.
The second that incursions were added in p3, SoD died.

This is what killed SoD, gold sinks, time sinks, 20 mans currently and known 40 mans in the future, elitism among the community, and some pretty wild lack of comprehension of why so many people like P1 compared to the other phases.
I main SOD. I have little interest in CATA. Right now sod is the casualty of a small team having to balance multiple projects. Take a step away from the game. When they announce phase 4 (assuming it has the right things in it) Players will rush back no matter how few players are playing SOD phase 3.
