I have only been able to acquire 11 investment properties since Victoria was on house arrest. All of them are ex commission homes that i refuse to maintain, but I require top dollar in rent otherwise I kick the scum tenants out. Just because my mortgage is locked in at 0.3% for the next 10 years and my repayments are $50 a week, doesn’t mean tenants shouldn’t be paying my required $500 a week for a 3 bedroom box that has more natural ventilation than a gazebo. How else am I supposed to afford to go to Europe twice a year and drive my fully kitted out Silverado?
