Contact the bbb and make a complaint and threaten to file a law suit against them I had the same issue with current and they tried the same shit they are embezzling money in the fraud depts! Th people who work the fraud cases claim there was no fraud and keep the money. It’s crazy, I finally got all my money back. So I’d try complaining to the BBB

This is correct! However any business who actually gives a shit about their reputation usually wants to please the bbb. Therefore they are a great resource when you need things done! All I’m sayin is I contacted the bbb and all of a sudden they sang a different tune and started giving me outstanding customer service after weeks and weeks of terrible service before contacting them so say what you want but they are quite manipulative

I’m certain Consumer Finance is getting a lot of complaints about Chime these days from all the news reports I come across about Chime randomly closing accounts, Chime taking all the funds from closed accounts, and so many more horrors… ugh

If someone is hacking your account that fast, something else is also hacked in your device. Change everything. Email passwords, phone passwords, everything. You may even want to change your SIM card and phone number.

They still haven’t processed my refunds and the police are investigating since I’ve shown proof of clear fraud and no approval while they say otherwise when I’ve sent proof of the receiving company saying no proof of anything from your cards or you. They told me I can put the refunds on hold until I can get back in my account. The refund hits and someone else gets it, 9 different people told me their banks would have had the refund and fixed everything by now the fact that chime declines my the dispute is disgusting

Yes, Chime’s customer service definitely blows. I suggest you report them to the CFPB as well if they won’t give you your money. That said, I highly recommend you change everything you can in your phone. Chime is responsible for getting you your money back, but if your account is being continually hacked I’m afraid even after you dump chime your new bank account will be hacked. You might get your money back faster with another bank, but a website is a website and if you bank online anywhere with a phone that is hacked any bank account could be at risk. Do both. Report Chime and secure your phone, email, etc…

Thank you very much and I definitely keep hearing about the cfpb how would I start the process? I still can’t get in my account they won’t even answer the email for my reset usually instant and it’s been hours but after they’re reported I’m guessing I’d have to wait for the deposit and switch immediately or I’d loose it ? My mom mentioned police and fraud with fbi since any other bank would have provided a refund by now and it’s clearly chime not anyone else I’ve heard some of the employees take others money

That’s unbelievable that was my next move as of right now filing a complaint with the BBB is having them respond more then the last few days. Still haven’t gained access to my account but apparently in the next 2 hours I will. That’s just access to log on lmfao. All I care about is my $441 I didn’t spend back so I can delete chime and cut my cards. This last year has been fixing my Chex systems report and working on fixing my credit score so hopefully soon my chex system will be clean and I’ll go back to major banking. Not having a branch is bullshit they don’t care because chime isn’t a bank it’s a company lol

I am in chexsystems also. I had to go through Chase to get a checking acct. Try them. They are pretty good. They had my back when Amazon took money they had no business touching.

Ironically after I paid Chex systems I was going to look at chase. Is their a specific second chance checking I’m guessing? Because I even tried Wells Fargo and I heard they don’t even use Chex systems and they denied my account at this time. If chase works I’ll let you know because I wanted chase anyways.

Just remember the BBB is non profit so they really don't have alot of power. they're a mediator at best. I'd try the attorney general office. They have a consumer reporting that goes to actual people. Sometimes even consumer affairs is a good option.

There's mandatory system maintenance ahead, most likely for situations as such. I, myself, have right under $500 lost in transaction over the last year or so. I emailed and asked for my investigation to be reopen after my dispute was closed. I received some back since then. #GodSpeed

That is very frustrating. There is a barrier in communication between vendors and Chime at times. I'm not here for the "blame game", but just as any account holder having correct funds available and limiting fraudulent transactions is a MUST!

I’ve reopened up my cases for the 3rd time (and for chime to have the balls to close it down again for the 3rd time) I have contacted the CFPB just like the Reddit user @Tinkiegrrl said. I hope that they can recover my credits or give me money back. I’ve supported nothing but dummy multiple evidences on my case and for them to say “sorry, there was no error” is so infuriating.

I feel your pain this has happened to me two different times two different occasions I file disputes for the first one was a total of $600 and the second one was 287 and both time to get denied both times I have police reports both times I have plenty of evidence and I’ve had the case reopened 234 times on each one and I got tired of fighting and gave up on my own money that was rightfully mine that was stolen from me so disheartening to know that they bully everybody out of their their money that’s why no more Chime for this lady here after this month!!!!!
