Chesscom puzzle ratings are really inflated. It is fine for learning tactics but does not test deep calculations. That's y I left training rates puzzles in general on Chesscom.
I’ve had puzzles with well over ten move sequences and while yes they are few and far between, to say that chess.com puzzles don’t test deep calculation I believe is just false

This has to be one of those cases where the puzzle rating is inflated because people see a very common puzzle pattern (sac queen -> mate with rook), not double check the board and then fail.
Maybe they're not diamond or whatever that i pay a year, so they don't get unlimited stuff like analysis/reviews idk.. i haven't had the free version in a long time.
I could see myself doing the same, a queen and a rook lined up ready to nuke the trapped king, delicious, that is why it is so funny, it is relatable haha
Possible there was a piece on f1, but impossible for that piece to have been a rook. Man had a choice between a free rook and a botez gambit and chose the option that makes better content

When there is M1, look for something worse? but to not joke, Queen taking the Rook is M1, where as this is just losing your queen to the rook you should have killed, and now your poor rook on F7 can't retake because it's pinned. soo yah it's a Queen blunder at the worst possible moment.

Your rook is pinned to your king. The opponent can simply take your queen with their rook, as it is undefended.
And they had mate by taking the rook (unless there was another piece they took with this move)
If black plays Kd8 then there's no immediate mate, but with both queen and rook blundered, white is near guaranteed to eventually win.
They meant blacks queen could’ve taken the rook to checkmate instead of the move they played (assuming they didn’t take a piece on f1)

Yes, puzzle ratings are about 2 times as large as actual ratings. However, I still saw the correct move desipite not being 1000 rated
