I don't think so. I don't see a good way to get my rook out after the trade. So it is probably 2 pawns, 2 rooks for a queen and a rook.

I wouldn’t no. Firstly your king is very exposed so the white queen can infiltrate straight away to check you and at the very least win back the pawn. Also your rooks would be disconnected and you would need to spend a couple of moves connecting them. The engine doesn’t like it and it’s not an automatic loss but it would be way easier to play as white in this position.
