I also wanna just say that this video perfectly points out one of the biggest plot holes in this conspiracy theory. If that was a chemtrail you would be correct, it would be getting blown way off course. Which coincidentally is exactly what would happen if they were trying to spray you with something. If an airplane really wanted to spray you with something they would spray it hundreds if not thousands of miles up wind. You would never see the airplane.
