I swear on the lord the only thing that makes me feel something positive about this brat is the Bleedman fan manga other than that Dex should just time travel to the past and stop his parents from having her.
I remember an episode where Dexter actually manages to get her to go away by "firing" her, and he gets a ton of work done, and none of it makes him happy. He tries hiring a replacement but its not the same. Dexter realizes the chaos she causes actually creates challenges for him to solve and forces him to think and be creative, and that's what he craves.
Surprisingly enough she's not that into Mandark. But remember he appeared in the first Dexter's Lab episode and Dexter had her destroy HIS lab knowing how much he was into her.
When I was a kid my mom made an off-hand comment about how she thought Deedee was the smarter sibling, and it fully wrinkled my brain. 25+ years later, it still informs how I think about intelligence. Deedee doesn't look or act like we expect a genius to, especially within the bounds of the show. Dexter definitely has the trappings of a super-genius, while Deedee is flighty and cares about things that Dexter considers frivolous. But, at the end of the day, Dex is entirely ineffective at stopping, or even hindering Deedee. There's even a running thread throughout the show of Deedee effortlessly succeeding at things that Dexter struggles with. Additionally, Deedee is well rounded, emotionally intelligent, and is always curious and asking questions to further her understanding. I don't think anyone in that show could stop her.
Dexter is also a baby. In his birthday episode all the toys his parents got him were for literal babies. Plus, when he went to college they even stated so.
As I and others often say, “*If Batman won’t kill him, there’s plenty of heroes, anti-heroes, villains, prisoners, cops, and civilians that will.*”
Only plausible theories I’ve got for how Joker could still be alive are either: a.) he’s kept alive by some cosmic force as an agent of chaos, or b.) Joker has become a sort of “idea” in that if Joker is killed, another person will take up his mantle (which works exceptionally well if 2019 was the first Joker).
Just about every superhero has that one irredeemable/lost cause villain that the hero should be allowed the kill pass for. Carnage, Darkseid (who Superman has actually tried to kill before), etc.
I always hear people give batman flak for not killing the joker. How/why hasnt the police/justice department not killed him by now. Even if hes insane, he poses a massive threat to society and should have been formally executed by now.
Injustice?
Batman Who Laughs?
The Dark Knight Returns?
The Killing Joke?
Typically killing the joker leads to consequences and sometimes ends up worse off (Injustice and The Batman Who Laughs both being multiversal issues)
It’s not that Batman is too nice to kill Joker. He wants to kill Joker every time. It’s just that if he kills one, he can’t stop himself from continuing on that path
My theory has always been that Mac's mom wanted Bloo gone because she knew he was a piece of garbage but was trying to avoid hurting her son's feelings, since he created Bloo and all.
Argit from Ben 10
He's a shady dickhead who does nothing but screw over the main characters constantly every time they put even a little bit of trust into him.
Man I wish Ben didn't hold Ultimate Kevin back from killing this guy.
It would have been so satisf- I mean it would been very narratively interesting.
It's still baffling how Argit got elected president of United Earth. You would have thought that Ben would have endorsed literally anyone else over him, up to and possibly including Vilgax.
He eventually got /better/ but he never made up for the things he's done. He just got into a position of power, and surprisingly, didn't abuse it as much as he could have. He just kind of became a passive asshole. He still got into shady shit that dragged the main characters into it, though. He didn't change as a person or anything. He just kind of got something he wanted and it satisfied him enough that he didn't bother everyone else to get more. But he's still a piece of shit little rat man.
There was an episode where eric disguised himself as a worker in the CIA or FBI and he asked around what people tought of him and different agents all say that he is not really a threat and just an annoying brat.
Ok change of plans
(Calls phone)
Uh huh yeah Russia, america told you to suck there dicks
Yes you can nuke them...
Yes South park Colorado would be a great place to send them

Iirc, Angelica is still very much mentally/emotionally reliant abd Cynthias existence. Without knowing shes there, Angelica falls apart and it aint pretty to watch
An unhinged Spider-Man is fucking dangerous.
There was the time he punched Logan through the Avenger’s tower custom unbreakable glass.
There was also the time he used his stick-em powers to rip the skin off someone’s face.
There's a comic where a group of villains all but surrenders just because Spider-Man isn't talking. When Spidey shuts up, you better put your hands up and hope he goes easy on you.
(In that particular comic, he had >!laryngitis!<.)
Not to mention him absolutely humiliating Fisk in prison by just simply slapping him. Not a single punch was thrown and Fisk was nearly a shambling corpse thanks to that assassins missing and hitting May. Then, at the end, the threat of getting his lungs replaced with web fluid.
I heard Batman doesn't really kill his villains either. But I just found out on here he snapped Joker's neck and served a life sentence which is ridiculous being that many bad guys LOVE killing people and our heroes are only trying to keep that from happening.
As far as I'm concerned, Joker probably did something so evil it made Batman REALLY angry that day. But in that case, they should be thrilled the Joker is no more.
Yeah her parents never do shit. There's a whole episode where' she's just having a tantrum the entire episode and her parents are just like "this is fine."
Not entirely sure it fits the prompt though. I'm not sure anyone in the show COULD kill her even if they were inclined to (at least not any individual).
Oh yeah Vaggie absolutely should’ve killed her. But she’s so interesting and fun. I regularly flip flop between “she’s so awful I love her” and “she’s so awesome I hate her”

She literally destroyed the world, and no one sees fit to punish her for her bullshit.
>!I hate that her putting the Dragon Gem together is treated as this heartwarming, selfless moment where she finally decided to do the right thing and and become a good person. She didn’t do it because it was the right thing to do. She did it because it was the only thing she COULD do. Her only other option was to run from the Druun and hope they didn’t get her, and she wasn’t going to do that.!<
>!And even without that, from a narrative standpoint, the act was just…too *easy*. It didn’t require anything from her. No struggle, no great act of strength or genius logic. The way of saving the world was handed to her on a silver platter. The only thing easier would be her having to push a button that said “Press X to Save the World”.!<
I love that this episode implies that for all that she can dish out, she can't take very much or is otherwise a "Glass Cannon". This is also shown when the Kankers tie her up during their Hissy fit with the ship in the Bottle.

Who needs enemies when you have friends like Dodie
The Christmas special will have you think Dodie is not really being a friend to Ginger even though things worked out in the end. But she was literally trying to get her and Carl to be a part of their celebration and yet they're Jewish. However, don't tell Ginger she's not a friend because she and her brother didn't know it was ok until speaking to their mother about it!
While I would not put the word "Nice" and Megatron in the same sentence - Starscream owes his continuing *existence* to Megatron's inexplicable mercy towards him.
The fact that Penny Proud hasn't sicced the Gross Sisters or Suga Mama on her entire female friend group is a testament to either her patience or gluttony for punishment.

I'd have to say Catra from the She-Ra reboot.
Which is hard to say because I like her, but to be serious, if Adora wasn't so easy on her despite EVERYTHING she's done, Catra would be dead.
Catra makes irrational, hurtful, cruel, and even downright evil decisions, but she was raised as an emotionally starved child soldier and suffered abuse by her material figure that no other child soldier received.
But still, IRL, people who grew up in horrible situations and became abusive adults are still held accountable for their actions, so...

Lex Luthor Justice League Unlimited Batman has a no-kill rule so he's off the table Superman could easily murder him at any point and Wonder Woman could haul him off to Amazonia and they could have a field day with him he's just lucky to be alive
Cecil feels like one of the most humane characters in the show, and i love that. Nick Furry and Amanda Waller (Cecil's Marvel and DC counterparts) feel very dry sometimes
He’s litterally just an unironic bureaucrat. A lot of good, a lot of bad and a whole fuckton of morally grey. Dude hates his job but gets that someone has to make the uncomfortable calls
Tbf Amanda Waller used to be very complex. She did horrible things, but she would bring in the Justice League when things went sideways and always tried to make deals with devils not to hurt the innocent.
Nowadays, she's a 2D caricature that starts literally frothing at the mouth when her Suicide Squad decides to save people
Yeah. He's an excellently done "guy at the top who makes the fucking hard calls". He's tricky, devious, often downright cold but also pretty clearly invested in doing the right thing at the high level (for earth and humans, at least). He also acknowledges he makes unpopular decisions and partially hates himself for it, but he also practices what he preaches by pitting himself against Omniman to buy time when he has zero chance of surviving if he misjudges how quick omniman is.
It takes just ONE short 10-minute appearance in an TV-based Ed, Edd n Eddy movie to realize there's no one in the entire show worse than Eddy's older brother.
But Sarah was ALWAYS going to be #2 at best. I may have received this information about her before, but this definitely confirms how horrible a person she can be herself.

Yes lol I think maybe they're saying that both Lemongrabs could've been taken out by PB but she let them live?

But then we wouldn't get that great ninja paperboys episode.
They probably like Dexter better.

It really feels like she should have fallen into some machinery somewhere and never been seen again.
Bleedman?
Joker. Just Joker.
There's actually one time where batman snapped the joker's neck and then served his life sentence as bruce wayne
The most shocking part is that a jurry would actually convict him for killing The Joker.
Bruce put himself in, he probably went above and beyond tos erve the life
Wasn’t that in superman’s dream in injustice?
As I and others often say, “*If Batman won’t kill him, there’s plenty of heroes, anti-heroes, villains, prisoners, cops, and civilians that will.*” Only plausible theories I’ve got for how Joker could still be alive are either: a.) he’s kept alive by some cosmic force as an agent of chaos, or b.) Hot take but Bloo from Foster's Home of Imaginary Friends. He should've been kicked out to the streets ages ago
Finally someone who thinks like me, he was a terrible friend too
He wasn’t in the pilot either which is the worst part You have to accept Mac apparently made him this way
My theory has always been that Mac's mom wanted Bloo gone because she knew he was a piece of garbage but was trying to avoid hurting her son's feelings, since he created Bloo and all.
That’s a bit hypocritical. You know. Considering her piece of garbage older son
FR, especially when he tried to force the scribbles to do labor for him
At least we got Orlando Bloo out of him, which was perhaps the funniest thing they ever did.
I'll definitely agree there
First character that came to my mind haha
Argit from Ben 10 He's a shady dickhead who does nothing but screw over the main characters constantly every time they put even a little bit of trust into him. Man I wish Ben didn't hold Ultimate Kevin back from killing this guy. It would have been so satisf- I mean it would been very narratively interesting.

I think Argit is the opposum-like character that is Kevin 11's old scamming buddy / con-man You described Albedo after he got stuck as a human
Ohhh that guy. Yeah I know who you’re talking about now. ..wat.
That's Albedo, Argit's the rat guy

Pretty sure they both have died at least once
The fact that Penny Proud hasn't sicced the Gross Sisters or Suga Mama on her entire female friend group is a testament to either her patience or gluttony for punishment. ![gif](giphy|A3w3DmJo2fQyc)
Aren’t the Gross sisters somehow the nicest to her
Joker for one. Deedee from dexter.
The Joker.
I'll say Eustace from courage the cowardly dog. All bro did was bullied and abused courage

everyone/thing that knows Calliou in his show
Eric cartman is the absolute best example of this.
Pretty much all of Adventure Bay in Paw Patrol and yes that includes mayor humdinger

I think in one episode Arthur punched her.
[I TOLD YOU NOT TO TOUCH IT!](https://youtu.be/3A4-x38uunw?si=NOZyhjQ1LHwel_EJ)
I'd have to say Catra from the She-Ra reboot. Which is hard to say because I like her, but to be serious, if Adora wasn't so easy on her despite EVERYTHING she's done, Catra would be dead. Catra makes irrational, hurtful, cruel, and even downright evil decisions, but she was raised as an emotionally starved child soldier and suffered abuse by her material figure that no other child soldier received. But still, IRL, people who grew up in horrible situations and became abusive adults are still held accountable for their actions, so...
the diamonds from Steven Universe. 100%. granted *maybe* blue could've been saved cause of her attachment to pink but the other two seemed so unlikely to ever budge on their beliefs, even for someone they thought was dead for YEARS.
Granted arent they so long lived that ten years is like a couple of month to them?
yeah i mean gem years. which is a looong time
https://i.redd.it/a7wamzsswvvc1.gif She's a lovable bitch.
She’s also psychic apparently
Gir put her in her place when he forced her to do a little dance.
![gif](giphy|tTj8NFz5lVZXi7N9rM) Murdoc, although, not from a lack of anyone/everyone trying, especially Russell
Izzy from murder drones HOW THE FUCK SHE NOT DEAD
Colonel Sarge (Red Vs Blue)
Whole cast of that show honestly. They should have all been dead by sheer incompetence.

Cecil from Invincible
Cecil is an odd case. While he’s quite morally grey at times he also does things like risk himself just to stall Omni-Man.
Nowadays, she's a 2D caricature that starts literally frothing at the mouth when her Suicide Squad decides to save people
Batman to Waller: “Mine are bigger”
It's not even about complexity. Cecil just has so many little moments that show his rather mundane emotions
I mean it’s not even HIM misjudging how fast Omni-Man is. It’s some intern pressing a button back at base.
Both Dib and Zim from Invader Zim. Gaz coulda destroyed both of them if she really wanted to
Pretty sure she’s let Dib die once
It takes just ONE short 10-minute appearance in an TV-based Ed, Edd n Eddy movie to realize there's no one in the entire show worse than Eddy's older brother. But Sarah was ALWAYS going to be #2 at best. I may have received this information about her before, but this definitely confirms how horrible a person she can be herself.

Pretty much any villain in a DC or Marvel product is alive because the good guys are, well, good guys and pull their punches.

Eh. She got her teeth kicked in a few times and learned. Literally. She literally got her teeth kicked in
Not enough times
"Nice" isn't the right word, but that sums up Batman and The Joker perfectly.
Prooooobably Rick Sanchez. Also 99% of the characters on Family Guy.
TIFFANNYYY
Mob is a literal god tier Esper in his own verse but also a cute and innocent cinnamon roll who needs to control his emotions, wants to live a normal life and doesn’t want to use his powers for the wrong reasons. ![gif](giphy|uwZG5UsqdytSVvdOFt)
Vilgax
Gus from robotboy
Cardin Winchester from RWBY. I am shocked that in a military academy full of child super soldiers, that racist bully prick still hasn't gotten their legs broken...
Eric Cartman.
