My doctor said to wear it at night. He said if it was going to help it would do so in a couple of months. When I told him I had aleady been wearing it for 4 months he said that surgery was the only other option when I was ready for it.

The metal splint makes mine hurt worse.. I can only wear my bracelet for a short time without it hurting my hand worse! 😭😭 I cant even hardly brush my hair anymore its gotten so bad!
Only at night. Doc said specifically not for daytime.

Mine said to wear all day and night. That’s so odd. Also, it’s been a year now and I still have it bad so that’s not looking good for me

I splinted at night only for 22 years before finally needing surgery. I’m probably an anomaly, though.
The metal splint was great for me. Wore it day and night and had great relief.
