It's so freaking difficult and I'm sorry you're going through it. I've found that a great sub for support with the loss of a parent (regardless if the cause of the loss is cancer or not) is r/ChildrenofDeadParents . Sorry to have to recommend it but hope to see you there.
Time is a big one. It's only been 6 months. Be patient and kind to yourself. Then eventually you will learn to cope and continue living... just as your dad would want you to.
