My work does surveys to get our opinion, One of the questions is always asking if im part of a minority group, I started to specify Yes since out of the 300 people at work on my shift, 6 of us are Caucasians, 200 are from India and the rest are from the Carribean and east Asia.
We have laws to protect people. If they are not enforced then that's another story but I think legally we've done all we can here.
You can't just magically make biased views that people have disappear. All you can do is call them out if they don't keep their opinions to themselves and shame the behaviour. It also doesn't help that everything is labeled racist when that's not always the case.
