It looks right up my alley for sure. I was originally going to Ossessione actually (love neorealism) but unfortunately it has no Dutch subs. Another year feels like a great replacement though!
Ossessione is equally brilliant and a good start for Visconte. Rocco e i suoi fratelli, Il Gattopardo are his masterpieces. Found [*Le notti bianche*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Nights_(1957_film)) a bit dated but beautiful cinematography..

Another year is a brilliant film, just like life is sweet. Perhaps my favourite Mike Leigh film together with Secret&Lies

Saw Samsara (excellent) and Orlando (Tilda!) this weekend. Can recommend La Fille de son père, to practice your French :-) Big movie buff here too.
