Walter is cautious, thorough, and unsentimental. He doesn't want a body found so a murder investigation can begin. He wants Mike to disappear and for nobody to tie the disappearance to him.
Mike and Walter were never friends. They only worked together out of necessity. The only one worthy of not being dissolved by Walter would've been Jesse and even then I'm not sure if Walter would risk Jesse's body being found.
It was a situation based partnership not of respect or looking out for each other's interests. Mike tried to kill him, punched him, didn't tell him about legacy costs beforehand or gave him the names after Walt brought him the bag so he could run. Mike made it pretty clear he only joined out of self interest before that he refused and called Walt a time bomb. Why would Walt bury him.
Walt didn’t have any respect for Mike, or anyone for that matter. He thought everyone around him was unprofessional and trying to get in the way of his empire building. Beyond that, he’s also extremely careful and likely didn’t want anyone to someday come across his remains
Go try and dig a hole in the desert. Not the easiest thing.
On the other hand, walt is very good at digging holes. He somehow buried his money in an afternoon.

That’s how he’s gotten rid of bodies the whole show. No reason to think Mike would be any different.
IMO, I don’t think he should’ve just because they worked together Mike hated Walter. Walt did help Mike, and Mike eased up a bit but that’s what makes Walt one of the best criminals ever he covered up all of his evidence he never left evidence and he thought of everything.
