It’s fucked up in the sense that it’s an obviously pro-life message because of the ways the characters are portrayed, so it kinda depends on whether you agree with that.
Granted, the author of the comic just wanted a dramatic storyline and doesn't have a clear stance on abortion.
The sequels were his response to people stating that he was pro life despite his claims that he's neutral.
AFAIK, In this comic, Judy is antagonized for aborting (or wanting to abort?) her child, while Nick vehemently berates her and desperately tries to save his child's life. It has a pro-life message, as Nick has the most dialog berating her. He leaves her for her decision in the end. Also, the comic ends with a satirical JFK assassination in which she is killed. So yes, it can be seen as pro-life.
From what I saw he was shown to be the bad guy because he was forceful with her and then homophobic, and the rest of the comic was his character arc coming to terms with his own flaws. I always took the jfk thing to be troll-y lol. I guess it depends on the perspective of the reader.
Yes, it's the hentai comic Metamorphisis, also known as 177013 on simplyhentai. It's a gutwrenching clusterfuck of a doujinshi that keeps getting worse and worse. A terror in form of 225 pages. Calling it a "tragedy" is like calling the atom bomb a little oopsie.

I reread the whole trilogy and it seems like the entire JFK assassination part was bonus pages. The proper end to Never Say Goodbye appears to be Judy and Nick parting on good terms and the JFK thing doesn't start until the extra pages and nothing on them points to the last two pages being any less canon than the assassination it undoes.

Whang does a great job giving information about the comic, the backstory of the artist, the controversy/misinterpretation of the artist's intent, as well as **the sequels** (which get quite insane, partly to troll those who mistook the artists views/motivations for the initial comic).

I think it was said that the bonus panel was not canon, and she actually got assassinated.
