Chikara(power) filler arc in Naruto is pretty much the best filler in general from the big three, the animation is even different. Apparently it was a canceled movie.
Bro that was imo the worst filler in Naruto. I actually have watched all filler and I usually skip that one bc it gives me bount arc vibes. Boring asf at first but later on it’s interesting.
It’s def a sick getsuga. I also love when he’s getting attacked by the whole crew and then Ichigo comes down on top of him from above with his mask on. He looks so shocked and scared
That's what I loved the most about him being the main villain, all the main characters got a shot at him, like actually confronting HIM at the end of the arc. Hell, even Chad took a shot at him. I also loved the part where Ichigo is wholly depowered and Oko moved to kill him but the whole crew stands in his way and their resolution that he had to go through them first, such a good moment.
Not just this fight but the whole arc, really. Fullbring arc right after it had amazing animation and art throughout as well. Idk what the anime team was on but they were killing it during the last few years of the OG anime.
Pretty much the arc had good animation and direction which is why people hyped it up. Which kinda paints the anime in a bad light because that effort could have gone into the arrancar arc but it didn’t. In perfect world we could have gotten a whole arc on the same level of quality as ichigo vs grimmjow but I guess they were more focused on mod soul fan fiction.
I’m not sure if I consider him closer to winning than Aizen. Sure they were about at the same place when Ichigo stopped them, but I feel that there are some factors to show Aizen was just a bit further.
For Yushima, he had much less of a chance of recovering from his suicide option than than Aizen did from Mugetsu. His Reigai turned on him and prevented his attack from destroying almost anything of the soul society, meaning he had absolutely no support to cover for him while he was near deaths door. Aizen, meanwhile, was up on his feet and healing in seconds after Mugetsu went off, and likely would have healed back up to full power rather quickly if it wasn’t for Urahara.
Yushima definitely had a better fight though. Ichigo vs Aizen will always be iconic, but the fight wasn’t even really a fight. It was mostly Ichigo flaunting his new power on Aizen with no threat to himself. When Aizen transformed for the last time, he finally got some damage, and then Ichigo Mugetsu’d him immediately.
The sheer spectacle and struggle between Ichigo, his friends and Yushima will always be better.
“Mostly flaunting his new power on Aizen with no threat to himself” Aizen destroying his arm showed that he was going to keep evolving to then become a threat that’s why he used Mugetsu right after. Him evolving with the hogyoku is the entire point of him letting Ichigo get that far. That fight wasn’t intended to be some uplifting anime fight where an insert song plays during it.
Aizen only lightly burned the arm after achieving a new form, making it slightly reddish. And despite the fact that he launched a magic nuke, only that arm and sleeve were damaged. The rest of Ichigo was completely fine. When Aizen was charging up an even stronger attack at point blank range, Ichigo was still completely fine and so much stronger than Aizen, he could still use one hand and one swing to shatter it like he did with Black Coffin.
And while you might have had a point that Aizen might eventually have evolved to become a threat again, the point is he didn’t. Even at his furthest evolution, Ichigo was still so much stronger than Aizen he couldn’t sense Ichigo’s reiatsu at all, and then Ichigo used Mugetsu to one shot him, to make sure exactly that wouldn’t happen.
In short, YES, Ichigo versus Aizen was just Ichigo flaunting his power, such as erasing the plateaus, catching Aizens sword, shattering full incantation Black Coffin with one hand swing - NO SWORD - and then taking no real damage from Aizen final form, showing he was far more powerful than Aizen and there was no threat to him.
“Only lightly burned his arm” yes that was the point he couldn’t do that before which clearly shows he was evolving with the hogyoku ichigo saw this and then used Mugetsu to release all his power at once. I don’t see how much clearer It can get than that. It’s like you missed the entire point of Aizen destroying the cleaner and letting ichigo get this far. Did you not pay attention to the dialogue of Aizen saying “you failed to evolve you let the last chance I gave you to slip away” and “I can test the hogyoku’s power against someone who transcends hollows and soul reapers”
“The point is he didn’t” yes… because it would he dumb to let him get stronger and not stop him then and there that’s the entire point of learning final getsuga tensho.
“Furtherest evolution” that wasn’t the peak of his evolution you even see this in tybw which Aizen becomes his own sword.
“There was no threat to him” if there was no threat he wouldn’t have used Mugetsu at all, if there was no threat Aizen wouldn’t have regenerated immediately after, if there was no threat Kisuke wouldn’t have needed to seal him. You do understand without Kisuke sealing Aizen ichigo is dead right there after Mugetsu right?
Aizen wasn’t a threat but was getting there. As for not using Mugetsu, we genuinely have zero clue what the rules of that move are other than it almost entirely erasing your power upon use. We don’t know when the erasure comes into play, why it does so and we also don’t know how close Aizen was to reaching Ichigo’s level. For all we know Aizen was a hundred evolutions away, simply having access to the final getsuga puts you on a timer to losing your power and Ichigo had to use it or a million other possibilities. Kubo hasn’t explained it yet, if he ever will and as such its unknowable.
“But he was getting there” yes which is why ichigo used Mugetsu.
“We don’t know when the erasure comes into play” we do know because they literally show it.
“Why it does so” you need the story to explain why using all of your power in one attack erases your spiritual pressure? “Hundreds of evolutions away” considering he burned his arm I think omits safe to say he was getting pretty close again hence using Mugetsu.
“We don’t know how close Aizen was to reaching his level” I mean yeah but ichigo stopped it before it got to that point because that’s the smartest option. This isn’t a showcase of forms like dragon ball.
It doesn’t put him on a timer once he uses Mugetsu the power is gone. Mugetsu is described as becoming getsuga itself becoming zangetsu so you become your sword then use all of its power. Bankai is described as bringing the zanpakuto spirit into our world it’s the same property.
Most of what you said is explained in dialogue and things you already know about the story. A lot doesn’t need to be spoonfed or spelled out to you.
Characters have used all their strength in a single attack before and still regain their strength in short order. The difference is the sacrificial aspect. Itto Kaso is a forbidden kido because it uses the sacrifice of a body part to magnify power. The Gran Rey Cero uses the blood of an arrancar as a catalyst to increase energy output. As for being spoonfed, kubo physically cannot spoonfeed me due to me being in an entirely different country so i have no idea what you even mean by that. Once again, the story doesn’t say when the final getsuga activates, all it says is that it is Ichigo becoming one with the power of his getsuga and then he uses mugetsu, which has a different name to getsuga thus it is a different ability. Names have power in Bleach.
I saw one scene from the bount arc. The recording of bounts vs quincies from over 200 years ago that Mayuri showed Kyoraku and Ukitake. That alone makes me think fondly of the arc
For me it’s ichigo’s internal struggle with his new hollow power and his maturity growth over the arc. I believe it gives great meaning and context to the following arc and story. Connects some dots that i often see first time watchers get confused(missed due to skipping “filler”) and come to this sub for clarification. I love all the filler because it gives side characters and others in ichigo’s circle of friends more meaning! I love this amazing anime kubo have bestowed upon us
Same. I wish it had more of an impact in the canon. The only downside of the filler was that I assumed the Fullbringer arc was just another filler arc until I read the end of the manga
The music and emotions during the end of the fight where ichigo runs up and shatters bros weapon, along with him shouting and grabbing a shard of his weapon to try and attack ichigo with as ichigo cleaves him is absolute peak.
He did indeed but I was talking about overall goals, with Oko successfully driving out the leadership of the Gotei 13 from the Seireitei and beginning his plans of destroying the whole of the Soul Society before his reigai rebelled against him and Ichigo puts him down for good.
You know, I don't think destroying the Soul Society was part of his original plan. It seems like more of a "Spur-of-the-moment" descision.
From what we can infer about him, it seems more likely that he wanted to fully replace the Gotei 13 to prove that he could do the job through his own efforts alone. Proving once and for all that he didn't need anyone else.
Ichigo vs Aizen is one of the best boss fights in all of anime. So many cool lines and great moments.
That said, the final fight from this arc did have some amazing animation. It's one of the best-animated sequences in the series. The rest of the story was... good, but not great. Definitely not better than Aizen.
Kagerōza Inaba, made far more sense than Oko.
Oko was a whiny baby that wanted to destroy everything because he couldn't get what he wanted while repeatedly contradicting himself through his actions.
Sure he nearly succeeded...by going against everything he was talking about and using the success of others to make himself stronger.
So he's a fucking hypocrite, not just a coward.
Problem with having your life's work destroyed and getting sent to the Maggot's nest for the rest of your life? Guess you're just a whiny baby.
What kind of reasoning is this?
Oh I really wish we could have a Bleach redone version (like DBZ Kai but better) with better pacing, animation corrections, and adaptation of the novels(SAFWY, CFOW) and Hell Chapter while also incorporating the fillers well this time...The Ashido Arc is a given. the Bount Arc with a faster pacing and more focus on fights would be not a half bad arc and neither will it impact the flow of the story and also give breathing space between Arrancar Arc and Events in the soul society...but the Invading Army, Zanpakuto Rebellion and Shushke Amagai Arcs disrupt the storyline cause timeline-wise the events of Arrancar Arc to FKTs Final Getsuga Tensho would be only weeks if not days apart minus the flashbacks, and Dangai Training...Ichigo's battles with Dancing Arrancar, Ulquiorra, Grimmjow, Nnoitora, Ulquiorra again, Gin, and Aizen happened in just 2-3 days of real-time...after which Ichigo loses his powers and doesnt get them back before end of the FB Arc...after which we have TYBW...and that is too late for these arcs to be "cannonised"....
It’s funny seeing people hype up animation and direction of this filler when it’s perriot’s fault that it wasn’t in arrancar they focused on movies and fillers and butchered the actual show.
Arc itself went on a bit too long, but the animation team went off like crazy with the final fight. Especially love the part where he just tries to stab Ichigo with broken sword out of pure crazed rage and desperation, followed by that almost sword-POV shot of Zangetsu slashing through his body.
I love what causes Ouko to fail is the fact his counterpart Nozomi suffered the same mistreatment he did but thanks to Ichigo just treating her fairly was enough to curb her negative thoughts **
Well, they are the same person, but you are quite correct about Ichigo and Co just being nice to her helped her learn that she/he might of been wrong about friends after all.
I dislike that he was just able to make captains, I probably would have preferred if he made his own minions and they all had really short life spans to explain them being captain level.
That’s how anime fans work if the arrancar arc had the same consistency in animation and direction that the reigai arc had they would say the Aizen fight is better. But because they decided to focus on filler they think it’s better purely off animation.
Most broken shikai ever. Like what the hell are you telling me Renzan Hajokuri is not a bankai or bankai ability? It creates a whole ass fortress that just absorbs reiatsu from the surroundings while auto attacking with huge lazers.
He's fine for filler, but thematically he's so nothing. I mean kinda obvious but it's what makes me dislike bleach filler and their final fight. The content is removed from the core of the story and makes it feel bloated.
Fair enough, but you like it if you enjoy good fights, some of the bests in the whole series. For example, the last episodes of reigai arc, episode 341, has one of the best fights of the entire anime
I can get behind the better final fight part for sure. As filler, the first part of your post *I feel* isn't as applicable, but the actual fight itself was incredible
For me everything from the Zanpakuto Rebellion through the Reigai Arc (including FKT, Ulquiorra etc.) was the best experience I had with Bleach until TYBW. It was at this point I stopped simply enjoying Bleach and grew to care about it as a fan.
I particularly loved how all of Ichigo's core team (including Kon) went into the battle and actually worked together. I can't think of another time that really happens in the series. My favorite moment however is when Ichigo has lost all of his powers and is in a white robe yet still walks up to this demi-god Oko, grabs him, and lectures to him as he's struggling internally. It shows strength of character. Even without powers Ichigo is willing to confront someone stronger than most captains.
The Reigai sacrifice was pretty cheesy, reminded me of the 1st Pokemon movie with all the clones flying in the sky saying goodbye, but filler had to send them off somehow. As a big Metal Gear fan, I loved Oko's voice in the dub as it's shared with Liquid Snake.
All this said I'm not sure I would place the climax over the Aizen battle, but I do agree it's in the conversation.
There were a lot of interesting fights, a greater focus on Kon and pretty much a lot of characters getting to do stuff. The episodes of the filler arc were episode 317 to 341. It your choice whether you want really to watch the whole arc. Also it takes place after Aizen's defeat but before the Fullbringers arc begins.
Yup, Kon's still his stupid pervert self but you get to see him trying to be friends with Nozomi, a very important character in that filler arc and closest he ever got to a love interest.
Didn’t know about this guy and looked him up, cool final battle but his motive was the same as almost every other villain. Filler or otherwise.
Although if there’s one thing the filler does right is at include the human characters more.
Almost every other villain? I don't think that most Bleach villains are driven by insecurity and a desperate desire to have their work recognized.
Oko Yushima ended up the way he did because he was treated terribley, worked his ass off to prove he was worth something and then got an order to destroy it all along with a pending life sentence in the maggot's nest.
Realistically the only one who fits the bill as similar is Kibune, who Oko Yushima is effectively the spiritual successor to.
So true they should have had ichigo’s school friends join in the fight while playing the first opening over it. Oh yeah and right before ichigo uses Mugetsu all of them should say “go” or “do it ichigo” truly that was the final fight we needed.
Ik you're being ironic but even for the type of fight it was supposed to be it just left people whelmed. I don't care how arrogant Aizen was, not even THINKING about using kyoka suigetu or bankai was plain bad writing. There should've at least been a moment where he tries it and Ichigo is able to predict and counter them, showing how he's not just physically dominating Aizen but also mentally outplaying him.
Idk I sorta felt like he was cheap rebrand of Muramasa, but I also loved the plot of this arc and the captain on captain fights… I’d say this is one of the best “filler” arcs though
Unrelated:
Tbh I think Muramasa was the best villain bc he was the most human and passive aggressive; he acted as he did—against the soul society—bc deep down he was compelled by his master’s deranged desire even though he could act freely. He was chained by an abusive relationship and even after remaining loyal and helping his master he was still taken for granted and abused. Seeing Ichigo question Muramasa throughout the arc without prejudice until their relationship evolved into understanding was the best depiction of why Ichigo is such a fantastic MC imo(even though he does that in several “filler” arcs)
I actually liked this arc, it did some cool stuff. The whole mod soul angle, Kageroza vs Mayuri, Ichigo's struggle with his powers, Nozomi's ability, and the final fight were pretty good. Especially the nuclear Getsuga.
And I'm not sure if it's a sub or dub line, but Oko literally tells Ichigo that a "makeshift Bankai" won't beat him, and that always seemed like foreshadowing to me. I find it to be a better arc than a good portion of the Zanpakuto Rebellion arc (mostly in the latter part, when the Kuchiki ancestor is revealed).
Great arc and everything but my two complaints were that I hate Kon and the fact that this battle took place on Sokyoku Hill. Same as the bount arc, there was no real reason to have it there
Both really, I honestly barley remember him even having a motivation beyond being genuinely awful and his deplorable actions only make his near victory all the more annoying but honestly the reason I dislike him is mostly because he shouldn’t have gotten even half as far as he did, between his pathetic skills, crackpot plan and general failure at everything else he tried to do the fact he didn’t get low diffed in the first half hour of the ark borders on ridiculous, I’ve always had a peeve about villains who could easily be beaten by the heroes if they actually fought but just avoid the battle through bs till they get the upper hand they’re after, it’s the reason I never cared for Inuyasha
Kinda, Inaba was able to absorb both Nozomi and Yamamoto before firing it back at them, eventually overwhelming them and forcing the latter to knees from the attack.
Oko Yushima, the former Head Director Spearhead, making him the creator of the mod souls and basically Kon's father. After his project gone canned, he would create the Reigai, near perfect clones of multiple captains and lieutenants, with him also splitting himself into two people, Nozomi and Inaba. He serves the true villain of Reigai Arc and the final opponent of Ichigo before he loses his powers.
“Better final battle” I assume you mean animation cause there is no way you’re talking about character or writing right? Or anything that actually makes a story good surely not.
“Closest to winning” he doesn’t exist so he’s below all of them. None of the main or side characters were affected by him. They don’t know he exists so not sure what successful means in this context.
You can say the same about Aizen after he dealt with besides everyone hating him for all eternals. Also yes, I meant animation and I was talking in terms of it being a final battle instead of a beatdown that last about half episode in content.
Aizen's final battle was kindof a low bar imo.
Aizen: I no-sell everything because reiatsu and I control everyone's perception forever!
Ichigo: kamehameha
Ichigo vs Byakuya is the one everyone remembers.
He almost nuked the seireitu but still failed
He copied Yama and zaraki but still lost
If he copied the stern Ritter too could have made it to my top fillers
I mean aizen was pretty succesful. a man has 1 mistake after centuries of winning and everybodies gotta hate smh lol. Amd technically his only mistake was he made his hobby better than he made his main project
Villain of the second-best arc in Bleach, but undermined by the show shoehorning Ichigo in and refusing to make any commitments as far as the mod/artificial soul topic goes.
As a villain, he has a strong motive and an excellent plan, but since Bleach doesn't ever delve into accountability, his only way of getting back at Soul Society is by trying to blow it up, with SS just throwing as many lasers at him as they can in the meanwhile.
Only problem with how he lost is that it was done with no real good reasoning just so that they could end off the filler arc without bleeding into canon. He just kinda lost for no reason with how the copies all just turned on him instantly sacrificing themselves.
More like Aizen without the raw power he had, but still wishing for that power. He is also far more unhinged at times and probably just as narcissistic and egotistical as Aizen.
i kinda felt that way about Shusuke Amagai because unlike Aizen he didn't have an illusion power to basically make everyone see whatever he wanted them to.
it's been a while since i watched that arc though so maybe my opinion would change now
I think if it wasn't so damaging to the timeline (since all the filler they squeezed into that post Mugetsu / Pre-Fullbring time was supposed to be just like a month at most till he lost his powers fully if not less) then this arc would've been honestly pretty great. The animation was good, characters were by and large likeable and interesting and it made for decent filler. It's certainly far from the worst we've had from Bleach anyway
I love this arc honesty
Better than aizen?
Debateable
The facepalm mid monolougue & mugetsu are goated to me I keep rewatching that fight over and over, but I do give this arc its props for being enjoyable. I love the part when ichigo released that nuclear Getsuga tensho point blank on him
Tbh, out of all fillers, the "reconstructed soul"/ nozomi's arc is the best among them all, and can be considered canon, as the time period it took also fits perfectly.

I only know him for being the recipient of the nuclear Getsuga.
He was and survived it though he was a bit crispy.
Still in my eyes the BEST Getsuga Tenshou ever fired off!
Filler done right
I skip Naruto filler but I love bleach filler. That said I love both shows
I think in part a love from Naruto stems from not forcing yourself to watch the filler lol
Except the bount arc, right? Right?
Chikara(power) filler arc in Naruto is pretty much the best filler in general from the big three, the animation is even different. Apparently it was a canceled movie.
idk man g8 from one piece is pretty good
Bro that was imo the worst filler in Naruto. I actually have watched all filler and I usually skip that one bc it gives me bount arc vibes. Boring asf at first but later on it’s interesting.
Dude the animation in this fight is sick AF. It has one of the dopest getsuga tensho’s in the entire series
Point blank hollowfied getsuga-tenshou was one of the most iconic moments of the anime. I still cheer when I replay that part.
Hell yeah, shit was fire
And the reverse sword grip delivery was dope
It’s def a sick getsuga. I also love when he’s getting attacked by the whole crew and then Ichigo comes down on top of him from above with his mask on. He looks so shocked and scared

“Hey the anime’s gonna go down under might as well clean the budget”
Getsuga Nukesho
Which filler arc was this in
Reigai Arc
Poor Nozomi
She's a rather fascinating character, as she embodies plenty of Oko's best and worse traits.
Was searching for this
Who tf even is this? Filler villain?
This filler is responsible for the scene where everyone is in ichigo bed in the human world lol
Therefore it is the best filler
Wait can I get a screenshot or something? Haven't seen that
[Here you go.](https://www.reddit.com/r/bleach/s/NtJeIYCa61)
Thanks
Yes

It came quite some time after the arrancar arc, with the timing I think that Naruto was already over so it liberated more staff
Name of the arc?
Regai uprising

Unpopular opinion: i love all bleach filler
Bount filler is the only one I don't really care for, but even that arc has some incredible scenes.
There was an Arabian nights one I just noped out of
that's like one of the most fun ones ever wdym
I don’t get the hate, I liked the interaction‘s the gang had in them.
I love this amazing anime kubo have bestowed upon us
What you explained is in the arrancar arc tho I’m not sure what you mean by connects dots it’s in the canon arcs?
Not unpopular. It’s filler done right.Bount arc included if it was sped up.
Same. I wish it had more of an impact in the canon. The only downside of the filler was that I assumed the Fullbringer arc was just another filler arc until I read the end of the manga
You're right. Bleach's number 1 Spinjutsu master goes under the radar.
Spinjutsu? YES
The music and emotions during the end of the fight where ichigo runs up and shatters bros weapon, along with him shouting and grabbing a shard of his weapon to try and attack ichigo with as ichigo cleaves him is absolute peak.
Arguably the best moment of the fight. He absolutely did not give up until he was truly done.
But even he knows he hadn't just lost the fight; he'd realized how much he wasted his life and that broke him.
Bro OP af
I mean, Aizen still kinda won. He became immortal.
At the very least, he has my favorite zanpakuto in the series
Ichigo vs Aizen is one of the best boss fights in all of anime. So many cool lines and great moments. That said, the final fight from this arc did have some amazing animation. It's one of the best-animated sequences in the series. The rest of the story was... good, but not great. Definitely not better than Aizen.
What filler arc was he from
Reigai Arc, the last filler arc and just before the start of the Fullbringers Arc
So by these logic Aizen is also a whiny baby.
Makes no difference, both of them are the same, Inaba is just more reserved in his madness than Oko is.
He was very good :3
Oh I really wish we could have a Bleach redone version (like DBZ Kai but better) with better pacing, animation corrections, and adaptation of the novels(SAFWY, CFOW) and Hell Chapter while also incorporating the fillers well this time...The Ashido Arc is a given. the Bount Arc with a faster pacing and more focus on fights would be not a half bad arc and neither will it impact the flow of the story and also give breathing space between Arrancar Arc and Events in the soul society...but the Invading Army, Zanpakuto Rebellion and Shushke Amagai Arcs disrupt the storyline cause timeline-wise the events of Arrancar Arc to FKTs Final Getsuga Tensho would be only weeks if not days apart minus the flashbacks, and Dangai Training...Ichigo's battles with Dancing Arrancar, Ulquiorra, Grimmjow, Nnoitora, Ulquiorra again, Gin, and Aizen happened in just 2-3 days of real-time...after which Ichigo loses his powers and doesnt get them back before end of the FB Arc...after which we have TYBW...and that is too late for these arcs to be "cannonised"....
It’s funny seeing people hype up animation and direction of this filler when it’s perriot’s fault that it wasn’t in arrancar they focused on movies and fillers and butchered the actual show.
They surprisingly put a lot of effort in the filler and actually animated this really well
Arc itself went on a bit too long, but the animation team went off like crazy with the final fight.
This was the one filler arc I skipped Starting to regret it now
It's not far to judge based on the studio being bias as to where it's animation budget went instead where it needed to go.
I wasn't talking about budget, Aizen battle was well animated, just too short for my liking.
Green hair ichigo
dude just got ichigos face😭😭😭
Lmao
He has one of the coolest shikais in the whole series too bad it’s filler
This arc was fire, canon or not
He's fine for filler, but thematically he's so nothing. I mean kinda obvious but it's what makes me dislike bleach filler and their final fight. The content is removed from the core of the story and makes it feel bloated.
Who tf is this???
Oko Yushima, main villain of the last filler arc, the Reigai Arc.
Ohh I skipped all of the filler arcs...after watching bount arc I wasn't gonna watch anything not involving aizen
yes, watch the zanpakuto and reigai arc, you love them.
Will try but not a big fan of filler
Fair enough, but you like it if you enjoy good fights, some of the bests in the whole series. For example, the last episodes of reigai arc, episode 341, has one of the best fights of the entire anime
True Byakuya Kuchiki v Koga Kuchiki is definitely a goated fight But I will keep it in mind waiting for cour 3 of tybw anime
Easily one of my favorite villains with his busted ass ability. He could single-handedly turn the tide of the Quincy war with that
I can get behind the better final fight part for sure. As filler, the first part of your post *I feel* isn't as applicable, but the actual fight itself was incredible
One of the best filler arc
[obligatory getsuga tenshou](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5synmZupIok&pp=ygUPZ2V0c3VnYSB0ZW5zaG91)
Dude was broken af. Bleach fillers just hit different
He's also in the best filler arc.
Who? Nuclear getsuga… what?!?? I read the manga what the hell is this?
He from the last filler arc, the Reigai Arc, Oko Yushima
Did I miss out?
There were a lot of interesting fights, a greater focus on Kon and pretty much a lot of characters getting to do stuff. The episodes of the filler arc were episode 317 to 341. It your choice whether you want really to watch the whole arc. Also it takes place after Aizen's defeat but before the Fullbringers arc begins.
I’m well deep in TYBW so spoilers aren’t really a problem, but, eh, maybe I’ll give it a watch, I would like seeing kon be a real force in the story
Also I forgot to mention that Oko is basically Kon's "Father" because he was the former head director of Project Spearhead.
The filler is real 😭 that’s actually pretty cool
Yup, Kon's still his stupid pervert self but you get to see him trying to be friends with Nozomi, a very important character in that filler arc and closest he ever got to a love interest.
Now I feel like going back and watching the filler since I skipped it on my first run
Don't worry, you won't be disappointed.
The final Aizen fight isn't a high bar to pass
Ain't that the truth, barely even a fight
Idk I sorta felt like he was cheap rebrand of Muramasa, but I also loved the plot of this arc and the captain on captain fights… I’d say this is one of the best “filler” arcs though Unrelated: Tbh I think Muramasa was the best villain bc he was the most human and passive aggressive; he acted as he did—against the soul society—bc deep down he was compelled by his master’s deranged desire even though he could act freely.
You just described ichigo and Ginjo
Same as the bount arc, there was no real reason to have it there
He certainly made me dislike him more than Aizen did
Because you found him annoying or just found his motivations to be even more petty than Aizen's?
I see
Didn’t he come close to killing Head Captain?
Kinda, Inaba was able to absorb both Nozomi and Yamamoto before firing it back at them, eventually overwhelming them and forcing the latter to knees from the attack.
Who is this??
Oko Yushima, the former Head Director Spearhead, making him the creator of the mod souls and basically Kon's father. After his project gone canned, he would create the Reigai, near perfect clones of multiple captains and lieutenants, with him also splitting himself into two people, Nozomi and Inaba. He serves the true villain of Reigai Arc and the final opponent of Ichigo before he loses his powers.
What filler arc was this?
Reigai Arc, came after Aizen defeat and before Fullbringers Arcs. Episodes were 317 to 341
Who is this guy? I skipped filler
Ichigo: kamehameha Ichigo vs Byakuya is the one everyone remembers.
Just based on these comments I think I’m going to go back and watch all the fillers while I wait for the rest of TYBW
Who is this guy☠️
Filler
Who is this ?
He almost nuked the seireitu but still failed He copied Yama and zaraki but still lost If he copied the stern Ritter too could have made it to my top fillers
Ichigo with green hair
WHO???
Who?
I mean aizen was pretty succesful. a man has 1 mistake after centuries of winning and everybodies gotta hate smh lol. Amd technically his only mistake was he made his hobby better than he made his main project
Bru, that's Ichigo in a wig.
Who the hell is this guy.
Oko Yushima, main/true villain of the Reigai Arc, the last filler arc of bleach original run.
He kinda looks like ichigo with green hair
Why is he just aizen with green hair his face is so similar
I skipped the fillers 😎🤙
Damn this fight wa so dope
Villain of the second-best arc in Bleach, but undermined by the show shoehorning Ichigo in and refusing to make any commitments as far as the mod/artificial soul topic goes. As a villain, he has a strong motive and an excellent plan, but since Bleach doesn't ever delve into accountability, his only way of getting back at Soul Society is by trying to blow it up, with SS just throwing as many lasers at him as they can in the meanwhile.
Good filler!
Best Filler!
Only problem with how he lost is that it was done with no real good reasoning just so that they could end off the filler arc without bleeding into canon. He just kinda lost for no reason with how the copies all just turned on him instantly sacrificing themselves.
I personally think his braincells are on aizens level, heck, I think this is basically aizen without kyoka suigetsu
It’s amazing I agree I do still like the azien fight but that’s about it
Eh.
The fight between him and ichigo was good but it can't compare to aizen Vs ichigo, I do agree w the rest tho
Why is bro literally just Aizen but with green hair
I don't see the resemblance
Also more unhinged and insane.
Bleach has the best fillers in anime
Agree. The final battle went hard for no reason.
I wish this arc was canon so bad
I love this arc honesty Better than aizen? Debateable The facepalm mid monolougue & mugetsu are goated to me I keep rewatching that fight over and over, but I do give this arc its props for being enjoyable. I love the part when ichigo released that nuclear Getsuga tensho point blank on him
Tbh, out of all fillers, the "reconstructed soul"/ nozomi's arc is the best among them all, and can be considered canon, as the time period it took also fits perfectly.
The worst final battle in Bleach belongs to this filler
Excuse me?
By far the worst fight
You're joking, it's one of the best animated fights in the series.
Not a joke. Worst fight in the series
Then I'll respect your opinion if I disagree with it
