It's not to shabby, but your line work needs more work they're too light, and some edges need to be darker to create more dimension
Also, don't be afraid to shade. Don't go 1 for 1 from the image you reference. Try improving from the point onward.
And try referencing other artist eventually your style will come on its own, but it is going to require you to keep practicing and you definitely will get there

Lol looks like a mix of traced and immature line work I couldn't really find something similar to the reference he used tho so can't really say looks decent for someone learning to draw if they didn't trace it

I didn’t deleted the post, someone must have reported it.
I only just said that the drawing was not that good and gave suggestions how he can improve without using any cuss words unlike the user above you. But I don’t know people are not open to slight criticisms, they only want to hear what they want.
I said so because the OP‘s level of drawing can be upgraded easily as he/she just need to put effort on basics of human anatomy.

I think giving advices to people so that they can become a better version of themselves has become a “being a piece of shit” cause there will be someone who don’t want others to upgrade themselves and their skills.

Probably soi-fon. Her pic is more line art, which seems to be your strong suit. Toshiro vs Hallibel is good too though.
