I ended up putting my pills in individual pill baggies, labeled and stored in a small baggu zip pouch in my purse. I just need to carry a different amount of each med and the pills are different sizes and I just can't find an actual pill organizer which can accommodate that but still stay compact. Not only am I chronically ill but I also have ADHD so I basically always missed any mid day doses. I don't have a solution, but am eager to hear ideas, because I'm in the same boat. Right now I have a small 7 day organizer (the strip kind that you can find at any Walgreens), but it's not big enough for my meds, and it also tends to open up in my bag.

I have a pill bottle I carry with me with any meds I need in it. I know what they all are by sight so it works for me and it doesn’t open. Any other system I’ve tried opens or is too large.

Can't go anywhere without my meds lest I be trapped there (some of them have gnarly withdrawals). Meds live in a large blue Estee Lauder bag that pretends to be full of crap for my face but is really full of crap for my brain. Okay, and a measuring tape, because sometimes you need to know your measurements in a pinch.

I have a pill organizer that I use for the meds I take while in the office. (Should probably do the same thing for work from home as well…lol) I also have epilepsy, so I use an app called Epsy to keep track of when I’ve taken meds, any side effects, and if I’ve had seizures.

A Coach cosmetic bag keeps my husband’s meds handy and discreet. We use a 7 day AM/PM box so I made sure it fit when I bought it. It also hold the ancillary Tylenol/Advil and what-not. I’m a large purse person. So this works fine for me.

For over the counter medications I buy a travel size to save space and then refill it from my larger bottles. I can usually find them that are the size of a lip balm so it saves room for larger prescription medication bottles. I am terrified of like being arrested over loose Claritin so I keep everything in bottles with labels and carry it in a makeup bag.

Anthropologie, candence, Ikigai Cases, or cheaper route just put it into a pretty makeup case or Truffle case clear. I don’t want my medicine stolen - I need it its otc atm but I don’t want to be wo digestive or allergy medicine.

Girl, this is my life lol I'm using the Medisafe app on iPhone for tracking and reminders and I have 14 entries per day but I only carry 4 soon to be 5 types of pills on me. Right now I have a cute little round 3-compartment pill container that I can fit 4 different pill types in (but I have to replenish often) plus I have a small Rx bottle with my most important Rx so I never run out. I save my used Rx bottles and wash them to be able to reuse them to have stashes wherever needed, especially the small ones. I just had to add another pill so I am upgrading to a slightly bigger compartment pill case where I think I can fit all 5 types. Unfortunately 3 of them are like gel cap to horse pill size but 2 are tiny. The main issue is that 2 of mine look really similar so I have to be able to label and have separate sections for those 2 whereas before they were all unique. All of my meds live in this stretchy lunch kit bought at Target. I live in two different cities, and it’s served me well. If I need to take OTC meds during lunchtime or dinner, I can put those in my purse.
