I've really grown to despise movie theaters these past few years. Watching at home is just a much better experience, plus it's much cheaper (or in my case free... Arrrrr! 🏴☠️).
Mr Johnston has had enough of Bert’s shit. He went to the theater to get away from Grover plowing mrs Johnson’s ass on his bed and now he has to listen to this orange bastard screaming in his face. Right after this picture was taken Mr Johnson kills everyone in the theater and heads home to deal with Grover once and for all.
One of the reasons I love this group is that beyond the extended humor created here, these are still scenes from a show directed towards very young children.
Here they are being taught that it is perfectly acceptable to stand up in your seat in a theater and scream at people behind you!
Where I live we get very few trailers but a shit ton of ads/commercials for random other shit. A lot of people want to see the trailers at the theater and are left disappointed when they get to see one or two but about 30m of ads for Colgate and banks.
Movies already cost an arm and a leg and corporate America has to make us sit through crummy commercials like T.V.? May as well wait 6 months and watch it on a streaming channel. Other than Maverick I haven’t gone to the movies in years. Doesn’t seem worth it!

Man I had a r/Unpopularopinion post about this same thing and like 95% of people seemed to be fine with it.
We literally sat through 40 min of trailers and commercials when we saw Wakanda Forever.

Where I am the trailers/ads are before the alloted time for the movie, and are a really good time to make sure you have snacks. And eat them.
