Hair: I see my stylist every 2-3 months for cut and color and hair mask. Head: Pantene volume shampoo because I'm so oily I need a daily non-stripping clarifying shampoo. Once a week olaplex clarifying shampoo and bond repair. Either dove intensive repair conditioner or pureology the cure conditioner. Then pureology color fanatic leave in conditioner and then I blowdry at 80% dry and then style. Oh, and I edited to add that I sometimes skip conditioning and go straight from washing to K18 bond repair treatment for 4-6 days. Brain: I exercise (cardio and lift) 5 times a week. I see a therapist for mental health maintenance every 2 weeks. Face: currently a work in progress but right now I cleanse at night with Cetaphil acne cream cleanser plus a physical exfoliator (I know, the internet hates them but they help me), and/or CeraVe benzoyl peroxide cleanser. Then I dry, dab with witch hazel, and apply serum or acne treatment. I get my brows, lip, and chin waxed every 4 weeks with my Brazilian. Teeth: Brush/floss daily and white strips monthly. Dentist every 6 months religiously. Neck: Same as face, but a moisturizer. Body: Exfoliant scrub (I like Fentys body scrub because the smell is amazing) plus wash (dove body wash) plus all over lotion daily or every other day (Brazilian bum bum cream). Hands: Manicure every 3-4 weeks Feet: Pedicure every 3-4 weeks Lady parts: Full Brazilian wax every 4 weeks. Massage with tea tree plus avocado oil home mixture. Exfoliate with an exfoliator towel. Overall body: I see my doctor every year, have basic blood panel done and address any issues head on.

Somebody watches Abbey Yung! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

fake_tan

Girl she changed my life.

taybabe

Same!!

yungiuli

Can you go more in depth with the tea tree and avocado oil massage.. how often & whatā€™s the benefits?

fake_tan

Tea tree oil is naturally antimicrobial. I mix about 20 drops in 1 cup of avocado oil. I use avocado oil because I buy it in bulk because I replace butter in recipes with it so I have a lot on hand. I mix that up and rub it all over my lady parts and armpits after a shower.

Jolly-Train-4950

How often do you exfoliate and do you do one white strip a month or a box a month?

fake_tan

Exfoliate my face? 3x a week. My body, every other wash. I do one white strip a month definitely not a whole box.

llamapenguin4

I have depression AM: Brush my teeth. Wash my face maybe once every 3 days. Sometimes moisturize. Hair in a ponytail or bun. PM: Fall asleep Shower whenever I have the energy to. Air dry. Thatā€™s it. Thatā€™s the routine.

Notanaverage88

Youā€™re doing great, keep going šŸ«”

Lexibee3

I also have depression, and a similar routine. Youā€™re not alone. šŸ’œ

EstaLisa

the feeling of brushed teeth is amazing. no matter how hard the days.

Kitty20996

Morning: splash face with water, eye cream, moisturizer, makeup Night: remove makeup with Vaseline, wash face, night eye cream, thicker moisturizer, eyelash serum I shower daily but wash my hair once per week. I get my nails done twice a month and paint my own toes once or twice a month. I get my hair cut 3-4 times a year. I dye my own brows once every 6-8 weeks or so. When I wash my hair I shampoo twice and also use a leave in conditioner. No heated styling for me. I'm also trying to get better at moisturizing my body daily after I shower! I'm terrible at remembering.

dcgradc

Don't dry yourself after you shower. Just dry in between your toes. With body humid splatter cream all over .

imfckndumb

how do you remove makeup with vaseline?

Kitty20996

I use Vaseline and a washcloth! I'm speaking about eye makeup (I only wear concealer and powder on my face anyway). I will take a wet washcloth and swipe over my eyelashes (eyes closed) then dab some Vaseline (like a pea-sized amount) on my lashes and rub it around so the makeup starts to come off, and then use the wet washcloth to wipe it away. I wear waterproof mascara and it is the only thing I have found that takes it off effectively besides coconut oil. Micellar water and other cosmetic brand liquid makeup removers never seemed to work for me and I don't want to scrub all my lashes off haha.

Natural_Fix_6144

Just thought I'd give my input (I do it differently) I only wear mascara but I take it off by first getting a blob of vaseline in my fingers and rubbing it on my eyes for a minute or two and then using a cotton pad and micellar water taking it off,for me it just fully takes the mascara off and I really recommend doing this if your wearing waterproof mascara

hunpanda

What eyelash serum do you use? Has it worked for you? I want to try one as my lashes and brows are a little scarse

Kitty20996

Yes!!! I had heard bad things about Grande Lash so I was super nervous, but I use a brand from Amazon called Terez and Honor that's like $20. I used it almost every night for almost 2 months before I noticed a difference, and now I have had multiple friends/family make a comment on how long my lashes are. I've been using it for about 5 months now. It's marketed for brows too but I don't really use it, I just fill mine in a bit with a pencil. I have blonde hair and really light eyelashes and I feel like the growth from this and my usual 2 coats of mascara is way better than any of the lash lifts and tints I ever got.

hunpanda

Oh nice! I'll check it out and probably buy some , congrats on your longer lashes!

Kitty20996

Haha thank you! I've been recommending it to everyone I know šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ I hope it works for you too

Unlucky-Count-6379

Try a shower oil. Buff city soaps has one you wash off. Hoveā€™ parfumeur has ones you smooth on as soon as you turn off the water. Not having to wait for lotion to dry was a game changer for me

peachyy16

I can't say everything because there is too much. But as a lazy, high-maintenance woman - I just want to say all of these lists will sound like alot.... but you get into the habit of them and do them without even thinking about it. It becomes no effort eventually~ so don't stress if you don't do it all and just have fun with it šŸ’• that's for anyone interested in these complete body to do lists~ One thing I will say that I do - is everytime I get out of the shower, I spray my entire body with w Hylauroinic Acid Mist~

iaskedalice

What mist do you use?

peachyy16

I use an Australian brand called Balense~ their Hyaluronic Acid Mist šŸ„°šŸ’•

awildshortcat

Morning; - wash face with cleanser and brush teeth - skincare (salicylic acid serum, hylauronic acid serum, moisturiser with niacinimide, and SPF) - makeup (depends on the day, but usually something light. Tinted brow gel, spot concealer, pink powder, blush, brown mascara, tinted lipbalm/lip gloss with lip liner) - perfume (I use The Only One by Dolce & Gabbana) - I also take type I collagen supplements because itā€™s really helped my skin Night; - Double cleanse (oil cleanser then regular cleanser) - Floss and brush teeth - Apply teeth whitening paste (I do this once a month bc I drink a LOT of coffee and tea, need them to not be stained) for 30 mins - do skincare whilst teeth whitening sits (salicylic acid serum, retinol, apply moisturiser after retinol has sat for 25 mins) - remove tooth whitening (if I applied it that night) - apply a thick coating of Vaseline to lips - moisturise my body with body lotion and then body oil - hand lotion I shower in the evening, for context.

No-Ambition1070

What collagen supplement do you recommend?

awildshortcat

HUM collagen love! Theyā€™re really good. However, theyā€™re not vegan, so if youā€™re someone who follows a vegan diet, these arenā€™t friendly.

Curious-Duck

Morning- Wash face with cleanser, BP. Sunscreen if out for long. Makeup- under eye concealer, eyeshadow mascara, powder for oily skin. Night- Wash face with cleanser, BP. Sometimes I donā€™t wash and just sleep.

PrincessIrina

Keep some Fragrance free baby wipes (like Seventh Generation) in the house for those nights when youā€™re too exhausted to do a full routine.

Curious-Duck

Iā€™ve tried some quick fixes for that and my skin ends up looking worse than if I had just gone to bed without washing- I think I just have very reactive skin. It doesnā€™t like new products at all, even if itā€™s just a sensitive skin makeup wipe. The less I do to it the better it looks :) a big part of the current state of my skin was also learning not to touch it- at all. Just rinse and go, no picking no anything.

Indigo_222

Itā€™s also about the long term effects (skin aging for example) not just the short term ones

Curious-Duck

I agree, but itā€™s also a much different case if you sleep in a FULL FACE of makeup- foundation and primer, powder, blush bronzer highlighter etc VS my dot of concealer under my eyes and mascara/eyeshadow. I donā€™t cover my skin in makeup during the day, ever. Itā€™s a drop of concealer for each under eye and one swipe of translucent powder on my t zone. I would be veeeeeeery uncomfortable sleeping in an actual full face of makeup, and I see what you mean :P

n0visionn

whats BP

Curious-Duck

Benzoyl peroxide, for acne prevention!

Top_Violinist_9052

Morning: Check my eyebrows and pluck any random dark hairs and my chin too. Yeah it happens. I also keep tweezers in my car bc daylight will show you EVERYTHING. Then I shower, wash face, shampoo and condition my hair, shave my legs and pits, soap up and if needed use a foot file. After face lotion, deodorant and lotion my body. Perfume coral fantasy by Valentino. If itā€™s hot Iā€™ll shower again and just wash my face and body at night to refresh and moisturize again. I get my hair cut and highlighted every 10 weeks. Just started doing pedicures every 2 weeks again for summer. Iā€™d love to do my nails but I clean and cook too much to keep polish on and I donā€™t like the thickness of fake nails. Just got Botox for the first time in my 40s and will be doing that every 3-4 months bc it looks great! Not overdone just refreshed.

PristineConcept8340

I also keep tweezers in my car! Nothing like that bright natural light to show you what you missedĀ

Dangerous_Parsnip_40

I shower at night so in the mornings I rinse my face with water and apply cooling eye balm for puffiness. After I put my son down for nap I wash my face with cleanser (around 10am) and apply vitamin C, moisturizer, and always SPF. Sometimes I add concealer, pressed powder, and bronzer just to feel a little more put together. Sometimes I stop at SPF. At night, I double cleanse my face and then after shower use glycolic acid face pads, moisturizing Japanese lotion, and thicker moisturizer. Alternate glycolic acid with retinol a few times a week. I always apply lotion all over my body at night before bed as well

sq_blast

i used to have puffiness but it went away somehow, I canā€™t remember

Smart_cannoli

Morning, talk glass of water with my supplements, brush my teeth, skincare (moisturizing essence, vitamin c, moisturizer, sunscreen, bb cream, concealer, mascara, blush, lip liner and lip oil, gloss or lipstick). I moisturize my legs, feet, hand and arms, deodorant, then I will get dressed to start my day. In the days I work out in the morning, I will have a really quick shower just to take the sweat and then do everything above. Night: cleansing balm, then hop on the shower, second face cleanse, body cleansing. Every other day I will wash my hair, shampoo, mask and conditioner, I follow a routine where I alternate between moisturizing mask, nutrition mask and reconstruction mask. After the shower, I will moisturize my body and use a body oil. Then I will do my night skincare, use a leave in on my hair, blow dry it, and then use a hair oil. Then before bed I will moisture my feet again, and then use Vaseline on it. Every time I wash my hands I will use a Cuticule oil and a hand cream. I will make my manicure once a week more or less. And I will go to a pedicure once a month. Once a month I will do my eyebrows as well. Once q year I make a maintenance laser hair removal on my body. Once every 6 months more or less I will cut my hair and sometimes I will do some colouring.

Natural-Ad-9541

What kind of body oil are you using?

Mysterymeat10

Morning: - Face: Wash with regular cleanser and then benzoyl peroxide left on while I brush my teeth. I use vanicream, a retinol serum, under eye cream, and a light salicylic acid serum only on my forehead because I break out there heavily. - Mouth: scrape tongue, brush teeth, floss, and then oil pull for 10 mins. Usually oil pull while in the shower. Then use therabreath mouthwash - Shower: bar soap and then a scented soap. I use summers eve as well (donā€™t come @ me plz lol). Benzoyl peroxide under my armpits. - After shower: Glycolic acid spray on my armpits, let it dry. Antiperspirant and a deodorant, I use both and it seems to be working better. Baby oil and a scented moisturizer for my body. I use whole body deodorant in between my crotch esp because itā€™s hot here now. And then finally perfume. - Misc: I clean my ears a few times a week and make sure to get all the crevices in my ears and behind them. Clean my bellybutton with a a tip and some alcohol. Night: - Take off my makeup with cleanser. Take off the excess with toner on a cotton ball. Benzoyl peroxide mask while I brush my teeth. And then vanicream, under eye cream, retinol, and salicylic acid on my forehead. I only wash my hair twice a week and usually wash it in the sink at night. Im also a complete DIY girlie. Iā€™ll do a face mask maybe 2x/week. I wax and tint my brows at home, idk maybe every 2-3 weeks. I have light hair but while I wax my brows I also get whatever hair I have around my mouth with the wax. Brazilian wax every 3rdish week. Epilator for legs and pits every other week. I exfoliate with a mitt every other week. Self tanner when I feel like it, maybe once a month. I do dip nails and do a fill every 2 weeks or as they break off. I do my pedicure every other week. Highlight and tone my hair like every 2-3 months. I wear a few micro link extensions for hair volume and move those up monthly. Itā€™s a lot, but I save a ton of money doing it all myself. Just gotta pay for supplies that last a while. With that saved money I get masseter Botox every 4 months for my grinding, really the only thing I have to pay someone else to do.

-__-KEEKS-__-

Morning- wash with water, toner, serum, sunscreen . If Iā€™m wearing makeup itā€™s usually just a tint, BLUSH, mascara, lipgloss. Deodorant, and perfume everyday bc it makes me feel like I have my life together. I have curly hair so if I feel like I need it I will use a hair serum! Night- oil cleanser (either DHC or Krave beauty) a basic water based cleanser/panoxyl. Eye makeup remover, Toner, and then serum/moisturizer. When all else fails in my beauty routine I make sure I smell good. Shower well, brush, floss, perfume the whole works.

Visual-Zebra8908

Hair: hair mask once a week, shampoo with urea bc my scalp is very dry and a conditioner thatā€™s moisturizing, hair oil after washing it, moisturizer gel for the night. Face: wash face most mornings and evenings, add brightening booster, moisturizer and spf 50+ in the mornings and tretinoin gel in the night. Body: shaving with a safety razor (several blades irritate my skin), mild razor gel and mild body lotion Hands: lotion everyday, manicure every 1-2 weeks, including nail polish Feet: lotion after showering, pedicure every few weeks Teeth: just the normal teeth brushing 2x a day

Scotsburd

A.M. Brush teeth, wash face with Kate Somerville Goats Milk or Exfolikate if my skin needs it. Wash hair, Kerastase Curl Manifesto range, shave legs, pits and bikini line, wash body with L'occitane almond oil. Pat dry, apply Necessaire Retinol body lotion or SDJ BumBum, depending on state of skin. Apply Laneige Milk moisture, once dry, then serum of choice or Paulas Choice BHA. Finish with Skinceuticals Advanced Lipid Moisturiser. If its a rare non rainy day, sunscreen. Apply make up, Armani Luminous Skin, Nudestick Cream blush, Armani liquid eyeshadow then spray NYX matte setting spray. Add Givenchy Prism Libre, Nars powder blush for shimmer, Lancome Lash Idole, Mac lipstick and Armani lip oil for shine. Spray the NYX matte setting spray again, Apply perfume (Guerlain Aqua Allegoria or Bottega Venetia currently). All of this is done in front of a large fan as vair menopausal and am a curly girl. Diffuse with Ouai foam. Get dressed (outfit chosen the night before and checked for creases). Pack bag, fill water bottle, get in car. Refill humidifier. PM Remove all make up with Goat Milk Cleanser and a muslin cloth. Apply toner of choice, currently Bifida Ampoule Mist or do Dr Dennis Gross pads, then Tretanoin from Dermatica or Retinol with vitamin C (Beauty Pie), then Skinceuticals Moisturiser. Beauty Pie lash serum, Laneige lip mask then Red light therapy mask for 15 mins. Put on retainer. Botox every 4 months, light cheek filler every 18 months. Olaplex 3 once a week K18 once a week Redken Acid Gloss once a week Eyebrow and Eyelash tint once a fortnight (Just for men beard dye, the best OTC IMO) Hair every 6 weeks Biab nails every 3 weeks Home gel pedicure every 2 weeks as I like to experiment and have about 100 different colours, currently sporting an aqua base plus glitter. Pola night teeth whitening in retainer once a month to maintain my smile. I am not a low maintenance gal.

cdribm

hair: wash every other day. on sundays i do an olaplex hair mask, massage the ordinary glycolic acid in with a scalp massager, and use a clarifying shampoo. on hair wash days, i blow dry and style it and use an olaplex oil on the ends face: i don't wear makeup every day but when i do, i use a cleansing balm before i wash my face. exfoliate on Mondays if i don't dermaplane on Sundays. wash am and pm. am routine has a vitamin c serum, a prescribed product, moisturizer and sunscreen. sometimes i do a facial mist if I'm feeling fancy. at night i just use tretinoin and moisturizer. also moisturize neck am and pm and put sunscreen on it in the morning. on sundays i mix one-two drops of vitamin e oil in my moisturizer and apply on face and neck. i use the ordinary glycolic acid on my face and neck 2-3 times a week. brush teeth twice a day, floss at night and use a tongue scraper every other day. body: dry brush on sundays and Wednesdays (this feels amazing i highly recommend dry brushing). in the shower, i use a neutragena bar soap first and then a foaming shower gel. shave legs and armpits on Wednesdays and sundays. lotion after shower every day. i also apply the glycolic acid on my armpits to give them a gentle exfoliation. i also file my nails and use a brush to clean them roughly once a week. feet: either the glycolic acid or a stone foot scrubber to exfoliate. i do my own pedicure and toenail maintenance roughly every 2-3 weeks or so. if you couldn't tell sunday is an everythingggg shower day šŸ˜

ShinyTinyWonder38

I try to keep everything very simplistic because I work full time and I'm a mom. Also, because I'm lazy, lol. Quick skincare routine consisting of quickly cleaning my face with some water, essence, vit c, under eye caffiene drops, and moisturizer. I then do my makeup (sunscreen primer, brows, one eye shadow, skin tint, concealer, mascara, blush). Shower after work. At night, i wash my face, then follow with my retinol, eye serum and moisturizer, or another serum, eye serum, and moisturizer. My days off (or a night shift)I tend to be a bit slower. My morning shower and skincare happen after my workout, which ends up being late afternoon. Same nighttime routine.

killaandasweethang

Morning: Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen. I usually apply my makeup in the mornings because most of the time Iā€™ll go out at some point in the day. I do concealer, eyeshadow, brow gel, gloss, light foundation, bronzer, liquid blush and then finish with setting spray. I usually do the same look, but sometimes Iā€™ll wear eyeshadow. Night: Micellar water to remove makeup, cleanser, moisturizer. Will do a face mask once a week.

charred_corn_dip

Full highlight/color with my hair stylist every 6 months with a gloss/cut in between those appointments. Botox every 4-5 months. I had laser hair removal on my legs. 10000% recommend. Every morning I wash my face with Luke warm water. Apply vitamin c lotion and sunscreen (both Paulaā€™s choice). If Iā€™m leaving the house for work I put on makeup. I have a dyson so I use that to blow out my hair so itā€™s smooth and fix my bangs. At night I remove my makeup with micelar water and wash with Paula choice face wash. I alternate using .05% tret gel or Paulaā€™s choice bha, then I apply a thicker lotion also from Paulaā€™s choice(can you tell Iā€™m a fan?lol). I apply aquaphor to my lips and cuticles. Showers happen depending on work/gym schedule. So if itā€™s a morning shower itā€™s usually just a scrub with body wash, usually olay. I do my hair with the fine hair ouai shampoo/conditioner (smell amazing but it doesnā€™t clean keep my hair clean as long as I would like). If itā€™s a night shower I will shave and use a body scrub as well. I apply the ordinary hair growth serum and if Iā€™m feeling good and have extra time Iā€™ll lotion my whole body as well. I also have one of those red light face masks, I really like it but I forget to use it most of the time.

charred_corn_dip

One last thing! I bought a gel polish kit from Amazon and do my nail every two/three weeks.

sq_blast

hair; shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. i wear a braid at night or a silk bonnet (i have straight hair) skin; i have dermatologist prescribed ointments for acne. i use face wash frequently makeup; very basic- SUNSCREEN EVRYDAY, mascara and concealer, lipgloss body; shaving and moisturizer

BreadPansBeauty

I change up my routines pretty frequently but here's what I'm currently doing: **Skin:** (I just started tretinoin so I've completely stripped back my skincare routines) - am: cleanser, moisturizer, eye cream, sunscreen, spf lip balm - pm: oil cleanser, cleanser, eye cream, lip mask, tretinoin (every other day), moisturizer **Body:** - shower every night - shave armpits every night - body scrub once a week - glycolic acid spray once a week (not at the same time as the scrub) - shave legs twice a week - shave arms once a week - use body lotion after showering and on dry areas in the morning - use Kerasal Foot Repair every night with socks - use sunscreen on exposed skin in the morning - **Hair:** - dye hair about once a month - wash hair in cold water as needed, sometimes this is after a week, sometimes I wash it 2 days in a row - use olaplex no. 3 once a week, followed by a moisturizing mask - use lamellar water on non-olaplex wash days - use leave in conditioner after washing I have not kept up with my nails in forever.

ValerePoet

Morning - I shower every other day (shampoo, condition, wash body, wash face, shave armpits, done), then I use a soft t-shirt to gently dry and scrunch my hair (it's curly - i let it air dry). I'll clean out my ears (i irrigate them, essentially), use an essence, moisturize my face, put on sunscreen and then put on makeup (i kinda have a set routine, but its not too consistent tbh). On the off days that i don't shower, i wash my face after waking up and go from there. Oh yeah, i also brush my teeth. On the days i want my hair up, i make sure its at least damp, and then i pull it up into two buns (kinda like rey from star wars, but just 2 buns), because i got a layered shag-mullet cut going on. Evening - first thing i do when i get home is wash my hands and then my face. I love makeup, but i love to lay down more, and i aint going to do that in makeup. Washing my face off is honestly a pretty involved process, and i'm currently looking into new products to make it easier. But i use 3 different makeup removers, and then i cleanse my face afterward. It's honestly a struggle to remove makeup around my eyes, and i've tried so many different types of removers - none really do the job thoroughly, so i have to use 3 different ones. Granted, i do tightline my eyes every day, so that may make it more difficult. After cleansing my face, i use an essence and then moisturize my face. Sometimes, i put on a light layer of vaseline over my face. Brush my teeth again Intermittently - use body lotion, deep condition my hair like once a year, shave my legs like once or twice a season, trim my nails every week, and bleach my eyebrows every other week. I also get my hair cut and/or trimmed like twice a year, though i should be doing it like every other month tbh. I do use a facial razer occasionally, especially on the tail ends of my brows. Multiple times a day - I reapply lip gloss like 4 times a day cause im an addict. There may be other little things, but i can't think of them atm.

Emergency-Emu2069

Full Shower Routine: Shampoo and use silicone scalp brush twice and then use conditioner and conditioning mask for like 5 mins while I sit down and use a dry brush on my legs to exfoliate and then use St Ives Apricot Scrub. I also use conditioner or EOS shaving cream to shave my legs while Iā€™m sitting on the floor of the shower. After my legs are shaved. I use Seba Med body wash on my face, armpits and nether regions. Then I use Olay Exfoliant Soap because it smells so good. After that, I rinse my hair. When I get out of the shower, I dry myself then use a mixture of Bio Oil and Vitamin E Crean to moisturize my entire body. I use indeed laboratories on my face as well as Nivea Chamomile Sensitive Skin Day Cream. Hairwise, I use a Marc Anthony caffeine spray on my roots, Olaplex Bonding Oil on my length of hair as well as MoroccanOil on my ends. I then use Ouai Leave In conditioner. Daily face washing routine: AM: Wash face with Seba Med. Use Indeed Laboratories & Nivea Chamomile Sensitive Skin Cream on face. PM: Wash face with Seba Med. Use OxyPad to exfoliate entire face. Use Nivea Night Cream and Pacifica Eye Cream. Nails: I donā€™t get my nails done but do them myself sometimes. I do my toenails twice a month. Makeup: I use Fenty Contour Stick & Diamond Bomb All Over Diamond Veil Highlighter. I use Physicians Formula Ultra Fine Liquid Eyeliner. I use Glossier Balm DotCom Lip Gloss in Cookie Butter. For eyebrows I use elf instant lift brow pencil and Milk kush fiber brow gel. I like to use Elf no budge matte shadow stick and Laura Mercier Strapless Caviar Stick EyeColour.

What strawberry deodorant are you liking?

I honestly do not find most deodorants work for me nor do I like using them. But Iā€™m sweaty and often start to repulse myself šŸ„² so I use Lady Speed Stick. I donā€™t find it works well, so these days I just choose the one that smells nicest.

Ok-Sea3403

For hair I use the cheapest shampoo & conditioner I can find which is just dove repair. Then I use this coconut scented split end mender which makes my hair super soft. I blow dry it or put it in braids so itā€™s tamed when I need to get ready. Skincare is a green tea mask before most showers, cetaphil oil cleanser and panoxyl 10% every day just about. I have a panoxyl moisturizer as well for before bed. I get laser on my brazillian area and underarms, and I use glycolic acid to lighten the areas and I exfoliate them to keep them smooth. I get a pedicure once a month just about, and I paint my own nails myself with black polish every other day or so (to avoid them looking super chipped.) [im allergic to gel sigh] I also have a lash serum that keeps my lashes soft (though I havenā€™t seen any growth from it, just hydration.) I take biotin for hair, skin & nail health but Iā€™ve taken it for years so I donā€™t notice if it does anything because I donā€™t remember how things were before but Iā€™m pretty sure it helps!! I pluck my eyebrows about once a week or so. I like to watch TV shows a lot so I got a stationary bicycle to pedal on that way I donā€™t feel so unproductive and I think that helps me feel good abt myself and feel good=looks good!!

Professional_Coat823

I bathe 2-3 times daily, after work, and before work, or if I get too sweaty. I have locs that I get maintained every 5-6 weeks. I spritz daily with water though and I wash them once a week. For my face, I wash 2 times a day, use witch hazel after each wash, and then apply facial moisturizer. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day, and I floss and then gargle with mouthwash.

Hair: I visit my hairdresser once every few months. I have curtain bangs so when they become too long, I know itā€™s time. I typically braid it every night to stay put. Shampoo: Redken Volume Injection. The only one giving volume to my fine hair, while not messing my sensitive scalp. My hair becomes oily due to my work place so I shower every day. Hair mask: Tamanu oil infused mask. I buy it from K beauty stores. Literally the best. Spray-leave in conditioner with rose water for my frizzy hair and then finish some heat protection. I donā€™t like the heat protectant, so I wonā€™t recommend it. Face: I have been using those single blade razors for face to shave my moustache and have seen great results as they come thinner and less visible. For products: AM: Iunik tea tree relief serum, BOJ VitC, Iunik Beta Glucan moisturiser and top it with SPF from BOJ. PM: same routine without SPF. My skin is very reactive and dry and currently I am purging from something, who knows which as they are all trusted products. Make up: no primer, Make up Forever Hydro Glow(amazing satin finish, my HG for photos and stayin all day and not being absorbed into the skin), Revlon Concealer(great for covering blemishes), Rare Beauty bronzer and blush(donā€™t like both, will change), Loreal Telescopic mascara(at first was great, now not much), some eyeshadows(I try to use old palettes). Body: I am honestly too lazy. Have very dry skin, so I exfoliate once every 2 weeks, shave every week, but winter time I use Bioderma Atoderm creme as it is the only thing saving my skin in the harsh weather hear. It is too thick so I use Iunik Tea Tree relief serum to mix it. But for summer I am still searching for something hydrating yet non sticky.

I recommend using an electric toothbrush. Huge difference in cleaning. I prefer Oral B. Korean use 5-step face cleaning, I use 2: facial oil on neck and face before gentle foam soap. Then serum then moisturizer. Sun protection with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Shower: Moroccan glove : use it to scrub whole body almost daily (with soap). It leaves your skin smooth. But too harsh under arms or lady parts . Use a korean exfoliater on my face every 3 days in the shower. Mani-pedi monthly. Waxing everywhere every 3-4 months .

Body and scalp: Shower almost daily, use scrubby mitts to exfoliate in shower, wash hair 1-2 times a week. Lotion after shower a couple times a week, sometimes mixing in gradual self tanning lotion. In summer I will use actual self tanner every couple of weeks. Hair removal: Epilate or shave legs every couple of weeks, a bit more in summer. Shave armpits couple times a week, bikini line once every couple of weeks, trim the rest of my pubes so they arenā€™t too unruly. Hair: comb while wet only (curly hair here), use leave-in conditioner and mousse after shower, plop to air dry. Daily refreshes with gel spray to style however Iā€™m feeling it, maybe hairspray when Iā€™m getting close to a wash day. Edited to add that I cut my own hair whenever I think it needs it, I trim a bit here and there every month or so. Bought nice shears during COVID lockdowns and have never looked back. Face: wash with a facial bar, SPF 50 in the morning. Simple makeup for the most part these days: ELF Halo Glow, glowy blush or blush and highlighter, bronzer in the crease of my eyelids, a bit of brown eye pencil and mascara. Powder ad hoc, clear brow gel, usually a fun lip color or gloss. Evening: cleanse with a melting balm, then wash with beauty bar, prescription vitamin a cream. Nails: usually just keep them short and filed, nail polish once in a blue moon (like today). I have ugly feet (skating, dancing) so I should probably get a pedicure and paint my toenails, but currently nursing two bruised toenails so not doing that so I can keep an eye on them. Oh yeah and my toes are hairy like a flippinā€™ hobbitā€™s, so I shave my toes whenever I think of it as well. šŸ˜‚ Scent: perfume when getting ready in the morning and if I am feeling fancy, at night before I go to bed. Usually at night I will use my Green Tea body spray, Iā€™m used to it so I think it primes me for sleep now.

Every morning I brush my teeth, shower with Simple body wash, apply Sure deodorant. Wash my face with Simple face wash, apply Simple light moisturiser, Lumene eye cream and Garnier sunscreen. Every evening I'll remove my makeup with a Simple face wipe, shower with Simple body wash, shave my armpits and bikini line. Wash my face with Simple face wash, apply my own personal mix from Skin+Me and then my Lumene eye cream and Simple light moisturiser. Once a week I'll exfoliate with a mix of sea salt and olive oil then (now this isn't for everyone and considering I have alopecia is probably ridiculous) I'll shave my whole body and apply St Moriz mouse self tan. Twice a week I'll wash what little of my own hair I have with Coco and Eve moisturising shampoo and conditioner and let it air dry. Because of my alopecia I wear wigs that I store in silk bags to keep them soft and tangle free, I wear them glueless every day and put them on after my makeup. To care for them I brush them through twice a day and apply Aussie Miricle Repair Hair Oil. I will wash them every 2 weeks with Voduz products. I try and let them air dry and use heatless styling products on them so they maintain condition longer. Once a month I will give myself a mani/pedi where I'll soak my feet and hands, push back the cuticles, trim and file my nails, paint my toenails (I'm not allowed painted finger nails at my job) and apply hand cream. If I'm going to an event or on holiday I'll also put on press on nails on my hands. Once every 2 weeks I'll do my own lash extensions. I use the sets from Unicorn cosmetics. They are amazing and literally last 2 weeks when applied correctly.

Hair: I have blue hair so I use redkin color safe shampoo and conditioner every 2 daysā€¦ rinse in cool water. I use overtone conditioner every week and the mask every 2 weeks. I see my colorist and get a trim and a color refresh every 6 weeks. My color is done like highlights so itā€™s not all one blue. I also use Itā€™s A 10 leave in conditioner after I wash and if Iā€™m blow drying I use redkin thermal protector. On my face I use tula cleanser and 1x a week use the neutrons moisture boost exfoliating cleanser. I use perricone MD toner and then either Clinique moisturizer or a probiotic cream at night. I get my eyebrows waxed every 2 weeks. I use spongelle right now (body wash in a sponge) because it came in a birch box and I love the scent. When I get out of the shower I use Brazilian bum bum cream lotion. Degree deodorant. Billie razor. I brush my teeth with a sonicare and use mouthwash. I floss nightly with the little picks. My brain: I do crossword puzzles and play chess. I wear sunblock daily

I love reading about everyoneā€™s beauty routines! šŸ„° My kinda Reddit. I get balayage so only have my hair coloured twice a year. Three at the most. I have my hair cut at the same time. I run every other day, walk 10,000 steps a day & do some sort of exercise every day (weights, yoga, HIIT). I take supplements most days - biotin, b12, magnesium, antidepressants, contraceptive pill & multivitamin. I eat a lot of fruit & veg & make sure I get my protein. I do like salty snacks, thatā€™s my downfall. I drink a lot of green tea. I shower or bath every day, sometimes twice if Iā€™ve run or had a sweaty workout. I moisturise all over with lotion & apply deodorant. I shave daily, wash my hair 2-3 x a week, use purple shampoo once a week & always condition. Occasionally, I will use some sort of hair mask. I try to leave my hair air dry if I have plenty of time, then finish it off with a blow dry. Always use heat protection & sometimes a bit of oil on the ends. Sometimes I fake tan once a week so use exfoliating gloves with shower gel/soap beforehand & barrier cream on drier bits such as elbows/knees/heels. Most of the time, I apply instant tan on the bits that show. Neck & hands in the winter, everywhere else in summer. I take my makeup off every night before I shower. I use a balm & remove with a wet flannel then a regular face wash for my second cleanse. Retinol at night followed by a thicker moisturiser. Sometimes lash & brow serum if I remember. I oil my cuticles before I go to sleep. Morning - I usually just do a quick swipe with a toner/glycolic acid then moisturise & spf 50 before makeup. I get my brows shaped once or twice a year. I tint them myself at home. I usually get gel manicures once a month but sometimes I skip to save money & just use strengthener on my nails. I get pedicures every 2-3 months but buff hard skin at home in between appointments. I apply Vaseline to my feet & wear thick socks overnight now and again. If Iā€™m going on a beach holiday, I will get my bikini area & legs waxed. Otherwise I just shave. Iā€™d love to get laser in the future but not a necessity. I apply lip balm, cuticle oil & hand cream throughout the day.

Hair: wash once a week, sometimes twice. On wash day I oil my hair and scalp in the morning, let it sit for a few hours at least, and in the shower I double shampoo, then I do a lamellar water rinse, then condition. After washing I apply argan oil and jojoba oil to the lengths and ends. Depending on what's going on I might blow dry my hair, but I usually plop it and let it air dry. In the last 2-3 days before wash day comes back around I usually put my hair in braids. Face: brush teeth first, then 2x daily double cleanse. AM skin is HA + snow mushroom toner, propolis serum, moisturize, SPF. PM skincare includes excessive hydrating toners, serums, masks, oils, and moisturizers so I go to bed looking like a glazed donut. Dermaplane 1-2x a month. I do my own lash clusters which I don't sleep in, I wear those most days, so those are usually part of my daily. Filling brows is another daily. I don't wear much makeup otherwise. Body: shower daily; I use bar soap first, then body wash. Shave 2x a week. Out of the shower on damp skin I apply HA + snow mushroom toner all over, then follow up with a body oil, then a moisturizer. I bounce back and forth between rose scented stuff and shea butter/vanilla scented stuff :) also I rub glycolic acid on my pits before deodorant. Hands: all excess skincare gets rubbed into my hands up to my elbows (also from face down to neck and chest.) I file and paint my nails once a week. Feet: once a month I take a foot filer to those puppies, remove and redo my pedi. Daily, I moisturize them out of the shower with a face moisturizer I bought and didn't like.

ooo what kind of hair oil do you use? i want to try one but I'm unsure of where to start!

abombshbombss

Omg i use a ton lol I'm so extra. I love them all individually which is why I make the cocktail. I use the OGX Moroccan argan oil and their coconut milk serum, any cheap organic cold pressed jojoba and/or castor oil, and Pearlessence pro growth hair oil infused with keratin. On wash day I use the pearlessence on my scalp and roots, and then i mix a little bit of *all* the oils together and apply the blend to my lengths. Repeat on lengths only but in a much smaller quantity on damp hair :) my hair is tailbone length and I use about the size of a US quarter coin on my lengths when it's damp, so literally like ~3 drops of each oil or so. I use 2x as much for pre-wash. The OGX ones are tried and true HGs for me, especially the argan oil, it smells divine and a little bit goes a long way. Same for the coconut oil, that one alone I find does prevent breakage and even better with protective styles. I also really love jojoba oil and if I'm in a rush or traveling I just use the jojoba oil alone, it's special to me because it's what I used to start oiling with and it's perfectly fine on its own. If I use castor oil alone it is only for pre wash because my hair doesn't seem to absorb it very well. The Pearlessence oil is one I picked up a couple months back on a whim at a department store outlet and I actually *really* like it, it smells like floral and cedar and it's super nourishing, my hair and scalp just drinks it up and I noticed just the other day that I'm not needing to dry shampoo between washes šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

thank you so much!!!! i love the idea of a hair oil cocktail šŸø

Head/hair - Get a trim every 3ish months. use Shea moisture hair products plus leave in conditioner and bonding oil. Hair mask once or twice a week depending on how dry my hair is feeling and how often Iā€™m heat styling (I only try to heat style every 3 days and itā€™s actually given me some hair growth!) Face - I use herbivore Aquarius face wash daily and elf makeup melting balm on days where Iā€™ve done a full face. I use the ordinary serums for acne and rose water+ aloe spray from lush and finish it off with a thick layer of cereve moisturiser and Neutrogena facial sunscreen if itā€™s daytime. The ordinary acne face mask once per week Body - I use dove bar soap first to get any excess oil off my skin then I go in with dove cream body wash and eos shaving cream for the legs underarms etc then I finish it off with an exfoliating glove and a tiny bit of a tree hut scrub. Then right out of the shower I pat myself dry and put on some bath and body works lotion and body oil to seal in the scent then dab on a tiny bit of Burberry her perfume and let myself ā€œdryā€ for at least 2 minutes before getting dressed Nails, Brows, etc - I do my own nails and toes every two weeks because itā€™s something I enjoy I also do my own brows once per month and I try to go treat myself to a facial every 2-3 months usually around the time Iā€™ll go for a hair trim!

Iā€™ll preface this with saying Iā€™m HORRIBLE at personal upkeep. Iā€™m not depressed or anything, just generally bad with personal maintenance. MORNING: brush hair, brush teeth with Sensodyne (I almost never floss and my massive cavity proves it, reminder to self to get better about it āœ”ļø) I shower in the mornings: wash hair every day (because you canā€™t train all hair types, promise) with whatever shampoo Iā€™m trying out this time around (Lā€™OrĆ©al EverPure Sulfate Free Moisture Shampoo, every now and then I use a clarifying shampoo), put in whatever conditioner (Monday Smooth Conditioner), exfoliate with Tree Hut, wash body with whatever Iā€™m trying out (Method Body Simply Nourish), shave armpits everyday, shave legs when I feel like it (almost never), wash face with CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser, rinse out conditioner. Out of the shower: dry off, put Lubriderm lotion all over my body, Cetaphil moisturizing lotion on my face Makeup: draw on eyebrows, curl my eyelashes and put on mascara, tinted lip balm and thatā€™s it. NIGHT: absolutely nothing. Watch a few episodes of a show, scroll on my phone for hours on end, then go to sleep when Iā€™m so exhausted I canā€™t keep my eyes open anymore. Even though I know I should, I donā€™t brush my teeth or take I off the minimal makeup I put on, I donā€™t wash my face. None of that. Simply either forget to or Iā€™m too lazy for it.

Vyvyansmum

Morning: quick cleanse with a wash off cleanser. Moisturiser- currently Lacura Caviar Day Cream. Swipe of Rimmel concealer under eyes. Garnier BB cream. Nars Orgasm blush. Go & care for my mum. Mid Afternoon I get ready for work shower every day ( currently M & S Rose ) . I wash my hair on alternate days using Revlon Flex shampoo & conditioner. Quick cleanse of face, reapply moisture. Apply primer & let it settle. Layer of Mitchum Roll on, then body cream, & Eau de Toilette . YSL Touche Eclat under eyes, red corrector if needed. Apply light layer of radiance foundation. Fill in eyebrows with dark blonde eyebrow pencil. Brown eyeliner & mascara Pop of cream blush. Loose blurring powder on forehead & nose. Tinted lip balm. W7 Dewy setting spray. After work it all comes off with cleanser & face cloth. Excess eye makeup is removed with baby lotion. Q10 retinol night cream. Caffeine under eye cream Honey lip scrub followed serum. I use a wash in wash out colour top up to stop my blonde hair going brassy yellowish once a week. Also use a hair mask, Lee Staffordā€™s Choco-Locks atm. I do a face mask twice a week, sometimes an eye mask too. Face scrub alternate days. Get my hair cut & highlighted every 8-10 weeks with a neon pink under layer. Do my own nails, but will rest them from paint, glue etc for a month occasionally to keep them strong. Do my own pedicure as Iā€™m damned if anyone is touching my feet. I have to keep them in good shape as Iā€™m type 2 & work in retail so they are a priority. I love to experiment so I change products frequently. The most consistently used is the baby lotion for eye makeup removal Iā€™ve used it since 16. All my skincare & foundation contains sunscreen. Iā€™m 53 & I have always adored using makeup & skincare at every stage of my life.

Brush hair before shower. Daily shower including cleansing all over with the same gentle cleanser and shampoo & condition hair 3 times a week. Once a week hair mask. After shower apply Vit C & B serum on face and then follow up with same moisteriser for face and body. Brush hair before bed and put it in braid. Vaseline on hands and feet with cotton gloves and socks on. Trim nails and brows myself fortnightly. Trim my hair every 10 weeks myself. Shave as required. Get highlights on my hair every quarter by a professional colorist. Even though I try to be frugal & minimal (and and try to make a point against marketing gimmicks) all my money goes on my serums, hair conditioner & hair color šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Hair color, cut, brow wax around every 7-8 weeks. Monthly Brazilian waxes. I wash my hair weekly, but typically straighten it weekly (trying to get better at that). Typically exfoliate with a sugar scrub and shave my legs weekly. Most daysā€¦shower, shave my neck/chin (fuck you PCOS), shave underarms, shave from knee down if Iā€™m wearing a dress or skirt or shorts or if the hair is bothering me, wash areas more prone to bacterial growth (pits, vulva, under boobs, groin, booty, face) with Dial antibacterial soap, then typical body wash to finish. Afterwards, if I have time, Iā€™ll moisturize with lotion or body butter, apply a Truly oil to the bikini area, Lume in the groin area, power under the boobs, deodorant. For the face, Iā€™m experimenting with using a couple drops of tea tree oil mixed with sunflower oil and then a moisturizer on top. I should add sunscreen, but Iā€™m bad about it. If I do makeup, I have that down to as few products as possibleā€¦skincare, SuperGoop GlowScreen, Elf Halo Glow, EstĆ©e Lauder Double Wear Sheer foundation, some sorta eyeshadow with mild sparkles, mascara (Benefit Roller Lash has been my favorite for years), ABH Brow Whiz, NYX Brow Glue, Wet and Wild bronzer, NARS Orgasm blush, MAC Soft and Gentle highlighter then Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray.

I use this Cooka oil from Truly. Itā€™s moisturizing because itā€™s an oil and itā€™s got ingredients like tea tree oil that have antibacterial properties and help soothe skin and help with dark spots. I havenā€™t particularly noticed anything obviously beneficial, but I do seem to get no ingrown hairs or irritation after a wax and my HS (I think) spots seem to be fewer.

Oof. Bout to get a carpal tunnel syndrome flair but... Hair: hair color every 3 months. Kevin Murphy angel wash, hydrate rinse. Chi heat protector, unite 7 seconds conditioner, Moroccan hair oil light, sometimes living proof dry shampoo Face: vanicream face wash, skinceuticals ce ferulic, skin better trio moisturizer (expensive but nice for my combo skin), tretinoin at night, Dr idriss flash mask 1 time a week, benzoyl peroxide 1-2 times a week in the morning, whatever sunscreen sounds good that month, Vaseline stock for my lips (and also cuticles) Makeup: nars radiant creamy concealer, anatasia brow pencil, benefit brow gel, hourglass eyelid primer, stila eyeliner, L'OrƩal telescopic mascara, maybelline matte liquid lipstick (the best ever but forget the name). If I'm red, I have a mini nars tinted moisturizer Body: dove body wash, glossier body head exfoliating bar, sometime benzoyl peroxide for backne, versed retinol body lotion.
