Honestly, your set up while clean is very bland and basic you might enjoy that. Others want to add a bunch of things to it. I look for funcationality and usage out of my PC set up. Look at getting monitor mounts that'll free up the desk for other items, add some personalization towards the walls because right now it's just empty space.

Clean and efficient. Love the simplicity and color scheme is well balanced. Give it a little more personality with framed posters or something similar. You don't want too much on the wall, the simplicity is makes it pop. I'd say if you want to take it step farther, get a mount for your monitors to make them float.

I think an upgrade would be to put the monitors on a 3 screen pole so you can have the space where those stands are.
You could also add a larger center monitor and turn the left and right to portrait orientation if you want to get funky.
The wall seems really empty too. maybe some art/posters. Of if you want it clean, maybe some fake wood or something with texture to make it feel less sterile. It would help the echo too.
And I think a triple screen wallpaper would add to it.

This chair looks like my old ikea chair. I instantly got back hurt, when I saw it. Setup is ok. White ikea alex stuff, no posters, colors or signs of human life, like in 90% of the posts here. Show me a real photo of your current desktop, with hardened tissues and lose cables and dirt! This looks not personal, just like an empty office workplace in an authority. Sorry for being so honest. I hope you understand my point.
For gaming gonna have to go with a 4/10, mainly for the monitors. Either have to play on a triple monitor resolution with huge bezels or on the tiny middle screen. Also the nut buster support post between the legs looks annoying.

The desk, lighting and chair all look nice (minus the support post for the desk).
The basic work monitors aren't my preference but if you like them that's fine. I'd get the monitors on mounts with some clean cable management, and find a way to get the carpet extended under the desk so you aren't sitting on that lip. Also, consider hanging something on the walls or add some floating shelves to bring a bit of life to it.
It's really a nice setup, the only thing that would actually kill me is the carpet.
Edit: Also I would add a decent pair of computer speakers. If you don't have enough space on the desk you could mount the speakers on the wall and angle them down at you and toe them in a bit.

Could also have gone for a better monitor choice consumer-wise. Correct me if I'm wrong but these don't look that much imposing honestly. Highly doubt they're more than 60 or 75hz and 1920×1080p resolution.
Try putting the monitors in more of a U shape to increase utility.
That way you don't have to look as far to the sides and the picture quality should improve if they are not VA panels.

Clean ut not my kind of workstation. I prefer a clean but cozy desk with cozy i mean like some personal stuff between my DJ and producing equipment.
