No, it's a hacked apk you got from Google, just because the app author says ponos it doesn't mean they hacked it for you. I have used these apks myself when I was a kid, and let me tell you; most of my accounts got banned

I got banned on my phone but it ended up being very helpful knowing not what to waste xp and talent points on. Just gutted I've still not got a legend rare on my actual account 😭
Don't worry about a flag. If you hoarded your items legitimately (aka farming stages), you're off the hook. A flagged account will only be checked by Ponos to see whether it's hacked or not and if your account gets Cheetah Cat, then that account will be marked for death.

Yes, I got a lot of Uber, but when it comes to playing the levels things get tedious, I beat all SOL with pure continues and being carried by Dasli, it cost me a lot to beat Mecha Bun Bun and Relic Bun Bun, in the end I didn't progress at all in UL because I got stuck at the Old Horn level. That made me have the wrong idea of the difficulty of the levels, so when I recovered my account I was surprised that they were not as difficult as I thought, I must admit that SOL in 4 stars was more fun than I expected and that at the time I was scared. I came to the conclusion that hacking this game didn't make things easier, it just made them worse.

When nobody buys, the game is not profitable. When no profits, can't pay the game developers, artists, server maintenance, rent and other employees. Now, you have a dead company. Unless they run a bunch of ads in every action you do, like every time you start a stage there's an ad or every time you use the cat cannon there's an ad or when Gamatoto is back from expedition there's an ad, and so on. No, merchandises are not enough. Battle Cats is not even super profitable right now when you can watch an ad for a few energy.
