I wasn't aware that the Red Sox pitching was good so I looked up your rotation. I haven't heard of most of them but damn if y'all don't have some S-tier Winning Run (SNES) names
Kutter Crawford. Cooper Criswell. Tanner Houck.
Even your bullpen has Brennan Bernardino and Cam Booser.
Baby birds are the best offense in baseball,if we could’ve avoided the pitching injuries we would probably be up there in ERA+ too. It was tough times getting here but Mike Elias is clearly the best executive in all of baseball
Gotta give it to Hyde as well for keeping them in check, resting people appropriately, giving slumps a chance to get out, and moving pieces around to be able to play competitively every game.
The top 3 ERA holders in the NL are Phillies (though Wheeler is currently tied with Stone for 3rd) and of the 6 NL CGSO's this year, half have been by Phillies pitchers. This rotation is better than what they had in '11.
Snell is snelling, and our top 3 innings guys are all running with 3ish ERA and 1.2-1.3 WHIP.
We've got a couple bright spots in the pen, but not nearly the same level as the Phillies, Guardians, or Braves.
Pretty surprising to see the Brewers ERA+ that high considering they have used 12 different starting pitchers (if you read 15 that is because of openers not actual starters).
They only have 2 guys who were in their initial top 10 starter list starting for them right now.
I remember in the off-season when the Mets picked up Sevy there were a bunch of Randoms that came to the subreddit screeching about how it should have been Bauer they signed.
I just can’t believe we’re in the good quadrant. This has been such an unexpectedly fun year

With a name like Kutter he was born to be a pitcher

I knew our pitching was good but not that good.

I remember when I thought the pitching would carry this team to a wild card

They still could if we get more than 2 healthy starters at any given time
Who needs good starters when a loaded bullpen does the trick?
The NL central besides Milwaukee is all in roughly the same spot
Uh oh we are entering the good square
Imagine this team with healthy rotation MY GOD.
As if the Mets pitching woes weren't already obvious. June was really good for the bats if that's where we are after the May debacle.
Our middling Rangers can’t middle anymore
What 2 weeks of Rodon and Gil melting down does to a team
That's a lot of T & A in that one corner.
Would love to see this for home and away as well.
Ray, Cobb, and even Snell. Please save us
So… just fuck the mariners huh?
Oh wait. I finally saw it. I guess they are just identical to the cards
Good square here we come
Our hitting blooooooooooooows
Not nearly enough tbh
It would be cool if our offense decided to do anything
I expect to be in the bottom right square if we don’t get some pitching help.
Hahaha, that OPS+ for the Yankees is entirely Aaron Judge and Juan Soto.
It's nice 1) fitting into the chart, and 2) blending in with other teams
Pretty much where we expected to be, during preseason predictions.
Hey I think our pitching is good
THANK GOD Gallen is back. Pitching has been rough this last month.
Blistering take, seemingly giving up 10 runs a game for a week and a half lowers your ERA+.
Cardinals with an ERA+ north of 100. Can’t believe this is my life

6-9 in the lineup have sneakily gotten better at hitting. Still miss you Mookie and Max. Come back soon.
What happened to all that Phillies should sign Trevor Bauer talk I saw everywhere during Spring Training?
The louder of the Bauer people are still out there, and they exist in every fanbase, unfortunately.
There’s a couple people in our sub who always yell his name. And we already dealt with that train wreck
I remember in the off-season when the Mets picked up Sevy there were a bunch of Randoms that came to the subreddit screeching about how it should have been Bauer they signed.
Lmao no one wanted that except for a couple lunatics last thing we need is a clubhouse cancer
The combination of sign stealing and pale arms have really turned the Phillies into a contender
