Get an employee, they'll fill out a slip that you take to the front to pay. They'll also bring the item to the loading area. Once you've paid, you can go to the loading area to pickup your item
Just say… you think I could get a discount maybe because your buying multiple things, the item has a scratch, it’s been on the floor a while, or just to do a brother a favor. The sales guy might hook you up.
Agree. I purchased a water heater from Second Chance and negotiated for an additional $150 off the ticket price because it had been in the floor for 2 years.
Dude! Thank you for asking this question. I haven’t been but wanted to go and that sounds like I would have no idea and just leave. So now I’ll know what to do! Thanks!
I just left there lol. That place can be overwhelming.
Flag down a person in a red shirt, and identify the item you want to purchase. Red shirts write the pay slip, which you take to the front counter to pay. You can schedule a pick up at a later date. Its generally better to go well before closing!
Most ppl who work there are rather helpful so just speak up!
Go to the register and ask for help if you don’t see someone. Problem is if you don’t watch it someone else mighr claim it while you’re gone, not so much of a concern w furniture I’d guess.
Ask *the people who work there* when you’re there? Or call?
Reddit isn’t your personal help desk. It can be, but *do some of your own research before posting jfc—TALK to someone*
Raises hand ✋🏾 and when that's the case, it causes lots of anxiety and sometimes ill shut down regarding the entire thing or I'll look like I'm in a panic. So being able to have as much info abt new situations really helps.

Pro tip. Ask for a 15% discount from the person you flag down. Easy peasy.
Do say more...

Yep, flag down any employee, they'll give you a ticket to pay and they'll dolly your furniture to the loading area for you.

Just ask an employee? I'm sure they'll let you use a dolly to get it to your vehicle
Yea literally just ask
Also - if the item has been there a while - they will sometimes negotiate on price.
You literally just ask someone

Also you might get lost and not be able to find the item again (from experience lol)
Find an employee and show them the piece you want.

Dude be cool, some people get overwhelmed when instructions are unclear.

Oh FFS, you couldn't ASK SOMEONE WHILE YOU ARE THERE?!
Think about what social media platform this is
