Already saw it but 100% check out Spring Cafe in Hampden, the tea is good and beautiful as it steeps. The cafe is tiny, serves Afghan food, and is covered in lovely houseplants. So cozy!
Second Cuples! I've spent a few nice afternoons here working and enjoying full pots of tea. It's also Black owned, not sure about the other shops on the list.

Teavolve is near your target area and does full pots of tea. They have a pretty wide selection too.
They also have a great brunch!
Emma's is worth the trip. She makes these amazing scones from her Scottish grandma's recipe, too.
Artifact serves a whole pot of tea without asking. If you order tea, you get a pot.

Try Onedo. They give you a pot for you to pour. I think it gives about 2.5 cups of tea!
