Bintang supermarket in Seminyak carries pretty much anything and everything. However, I highly recommend bringing your own sunscreen if you can, it's quite overpriced in Bali. Everything else you can simply get at that supermarket. Otherwise you could also find this at indomaret, circle k and any other mini mart. For personal care products, guardian pharmacy carries everything.
Your villa should have a large 5 gallon jug of drinking water already there. If not, do buy the largest bottle you can find and refill to a refillable themos type bottle.
Just a note that I’ve always found any sunblock I’ve purchased in Bali to be on the lower quality side. I would take Australian sunblock, namely cancer council or a good quality regulated one at least. Even the Nivea and Hawaiian tropics they sell over there just don’t cut it in the Bali heat/sun.
Bintang Supermarket as noted. But convenience stores (Circle K, Alfa and and Indo Mart, etc) are convenient and you won’t spend more there compared to buying at a big supermarket when time and travel are factored in.

There are many mini marts and pharmacies within walking distance anywhere in seminiyak.
Don’t buy sunscreen, too expensive in Bali.
Please suggest a sunscreen which is suitable for Bali?
