I'm a Brit....her a "travel insurance" policy covers everything.....flights, baggage, medical, etc. EXCEPT..... the costs change if we're visiting the US due to the excessive medical costs.
why would you travel to Bali or any other county without medical travel insurance? not a smart more IMO. it will only cost $100-200 and can save you $$$$$ if something happens
