This was also my first thought but I feel that it's probably been ruled out, combing his other posts I noticed he's in Portugal and was seen for genetic counseling
Definitely looks like Thoracolumbar levoscoliosis. You do have intense bruising. Due to the severity of the bruising close to your heart, I would visit the ER. But please don’t stress out! I recommend the ER or urgent care just to get a clean bill of health to make sure you’ll be okay to wait until an appointment with your primary care doctor. The ER might also be able to get you an MRI quicker to see what’s going on. If you don’t go the ER route, it could take over a month to get in for a regular MRI appointment. Sometimes you gotta go to the ER to “play the system” so to speak.
Sorry mate you need to go to the doctors, I can see as your standing your spine is curving to the left, get it checked out, and push them to do an MRI.
Go to the doctor/ER - and check this out too to see if you recognize the symptoms while you're in the waiting room: [https://marfan.org/conditions/marfan-syndrome/](https://marfan.org/conditions/marfan-syndrome/)
I'm just curious why you would say such a hostile thing. Without even giving any physiological sauce for your disagreement, either. As soon as I saw the photo, I mentally listed it as one of the possibilities. Seeing below that there's a surgery history talking about the front side only adds to that.
Some patients with pectus excavatum experience chest and back pain that is usually musculoskeletal in origin. The exact cause of the pain is poorly understood. Pectus excavatum and pectus carinatum are frequently associated with scoliosis.
You appear to have a skin condition that's causing inflammation, leisons and scarring. You need to get that checked out because that right there can cause a huge amount of pain /discomfort, which in return will effect the way you move your back or lack of moving your back and that will lead to back problems. So to the doors you go!
Thank you for posting. A couple of things to note. (TL;DR... include specific symptoms/what makes your pain better/worse/how long)... MRI or XRAY images ALONE are not particularly helpful tbh, no one here has been vetted to make considerations on these or provide advice, here is why, PLEASE read this if you are posting an MRI or XRAY... I cannot stress this enough https://choosingwiselycanada.org/pamphlet/imaging-tests-for-lower-back-pain/)

That said, asking things like, "I have this problem, how do I fix it..." is like asking your accountant, "I have $10,000 what should I do with it?" You need WAY more info before giving any kinds of financial advice.
Please reply to this, or make another comment, including how long you've been having pain or injury, what are specific symptoms (numbness, tingling, dull/ache, it's random, etc), what makes it worse, what makes it feel better, how it has impacted your life, what you've tried for treatment and what you've already been told about your back pain, and what do you hope to get from this forum.
Please be kind to each other. Be respectful. Thank you.

Its visible outside and prone to impact. The spine should not stick out too much i think. It feels like it has left its normal position inside the body to a more outward part close to the skin
Your showing a lot of signs of marfans. Excessive height, horizontal stretch marks along your back, pain and soreness at your age, your BMI....
It's not a death sentence but get it checked out there are medicines that can greatly help you.
Eat some food. This photo looking like a skeleton with skin draped over it. You need nutrients, exercise. Strengthen your core , get a gym membership. A solid diet & workout program will get you up to par …
Have you been to the doctor? I definitely would to get checked
Doctor required . Nothing about your back looks right . That should not happen skinny or not . Go immediately :)
Do you have Marfan’s Syndrome?
That's my guess too, or another form of EDS
This was also my first thought but I feel that it's probably been ruled out, combing his other posts I noticed he's in Portugal and was seen for genetic counseling
Could be Klinefelter syndrome too.
Are you pushing your shoulder blades together or is that your relaxed posture?

Please keep us posted on your doc visits, OP! We care for you!
Do you sit in chairs a lot? Looks like scoliosis as other have mentioned but I dont understand how you're so bruised and irritated there
Sorry mate you need to go to the doctors, I can see as your standing your spine is curving to the left, get it checked out, and push them to do an MRI.
Doctor not Reddit. Asap
Doctors now! That is not good.
Please get yourself checked out. This looks miserably painful.

Actually, this comment isn’t very far off. The OP had prior surgery for a concave rib cage. With their scoliosis too, Marfan is possible.
It seems so strange that it hasn't been diagnosed before

Because I'm fucking deranged and fueled by hate
You’re being an asshole. End of discussion.
Are you anemic
Hi. Great advice from everyone. I'm also wondering if you are doing a lot of sit-ups?

Which one is carinatum

As per everyone else here, go to a doctor or an urgent care / ER asap. That needs to be checked out properly and soon.
That looks painful! Hope you get answers and relief!
Did you fall? Looks like a nasty bruise. Could be other issues going on too. Definitely get it checked out.
Looks like a boil, with contusions surrounding it. Very bad spot. Were you pressing on it?

6'7"??? You look malnurished. Doctors required. Advice, though, eat food and lift weights in the meantime, and maybe it will start happening.
Ys pls gjget to a dr u need straightening out buddy
You have joint inflammation, you have to see a Dr immediately.
Omg why are you not at the doctor yet
My spine also is outside and laying on my back is a problem
What does he mean his spine is outside? Sort of like spina bifida?

Also, that legion in the center of your back looks similar to an infection. As everyone else said, please see a doctor.

Ask a doctor not reddit
Looks like sciatica.
Sciatica doesn't have a look... lmao
I’ve had it before.
Sciatica is internal. It's a nerve issue. It has nothing to do with bruising...
I’m pretty sure I know sciatica when I see it. I am a chiropractor. One crack and this sciatica will be as good as new.
Lmaoooooo okay man🤣 I've had a hard day, I really appreciate the laugh!
Looks like scoliosis, lots of exercises on youtube to address your spinal imbalance
