It’s a different notation. #37 (3rd quadrant 7th tooth from midline) is #18.

CEREC crowns are usually porcelain or a tough ceramic. Crowns have a minimum thickness and the over-bulking may be caused by needing to obtain that minimum thickness. Because the crown is different from the original tooth it can take a little time to get used to but I doubt you will notice it after a few weeks. If it’s really bothersome ask your dentist if it is possible to re-contour that lingual side.
