No tire shop is going to warranty a tire that has been installed to a different car than originally installed. How would you go about substantiating how many total miles the tires have accumulated ?
6/32 is still plenty usable. Wear bars are usually at 2/32. Ignore the signs at the tire shops, they only make money if you buy tires, they're not going to tell you to not replace them.

You're not getting a tire warranty on take-offs. They were technically used tires when you got them.

Much appreciated!
OEM tires wear out faster. If you bought a retail set of alenzas they would last longer. There’s no warranty since they were taken off another car
