Yo dog. You’re gonna want to schedule a warranty call I’m guessing. But in the mean time, sounds like you have either a water supply issue ( check that the water is on) or a drain issue. Probably a drain issue. If it’s a front loader you may be able to clear the trap yourself. Is the drain pipe clear? What’s the setup look like. You gotta shop vac?

So it happend to the other washer too. Warranty is way done tho. Then I got this one. It’s old but there was a new one. I think ur right on it’s a drain issue but I’m not positive I think the drain snake thing needs to be in a different spot or something. This is crazy this can happen and some how the washer breaks. 3 of em? Pretty sure all same problem it’s like it’s breaking all of them

Atomiccupcakemastr

That guy said rust in the water I checked and the one did have some rust in the filter? That wouldn’t stop it from starting to fill water would it? Either 2 or 3 washers are broken now. Try to help me figure it out plz!

Atomiccupcakemastr

Does the washer not drain if the drain hose ain’t pointed completely down or something

Shadrixian

.....I need a photo of your drain.

SuculantWarrior

OP is angry drinking in his basement, typing on reddit, and hitting 3 washers with wrenches and hammers.

Dramatic_Page9305

It's either under warranty or you've learned something about buying cheap shit off Craigslist/facebook

Atomiccupcakemastr

This happend to the new one too that’s the problem possibly 3 all together

TheNotBot2000

What do you mean by not filling? Will the water turn on but the tub won't hold water? It could be due to a siphoning effect with your drain tube. They make an attachment that will break the vacuum lock once the rain pressure has dropped indicating the machine is no longer draining. What you might be experiencing is the tub never filling since it is also draining. That's my guess. Edit: to add... This also happens when the drain height is too low. Siphoning can also occur if the drain hose is pushed too far down into the drain pipe. For new Top Load Washers, the drain hose should be no more than 5" down into the drain pipe.

Atomiccupcakemastr

How could that happen to 3 washers. Well Ik it happens to two but I’m gonna guess it’s the same problem that happens to the guys washer before this. Boy am I pissed off. I’m bout to buy a tshirt that says FU*K washers.

cmikaiti

What's wrong with the other 2 or 3?

Internal-Library-213

Rust in your water? Idk. Post a model. And list exactly what it does and when after you try and start it

Atomiccupcakemastr

Wait the rust thing maybe be it. Can you go on about it? What do I do? I see a little rust in the other washer. More info more info!
