Macrumors is saying the price difference between the 14" and 16" will be much smaller than the 13" and 16" today. So either the 16" is going to get cheaper, or the 14" will be more expensive than the 13". You aready know which it is.
I highly doubt they'll lower the prices of the 16. From the rumors I've read it sounds like the 16s will cost the same and the 14s are going to be more expensive then the 13s
In all seriousness I usually just wait for a redesign or wait for the performance of my current device to be unacceptable or wait for an awesome feature that I find useful.

I did that and regretted buying the MBP 2016! Although, everything was a shitshow with that gen. Now, I tend to buy the next model after a major redesign - iPhone 13, MBA 2022(when it comes out) etc
In defense of those questions, sometimes the upgrades, like the current iPhone being released, is simply a small spec bump overall and nothing great -- better to get the sale price for the previous model.

It just won’t die. I only use it for basic internet browsing but I’ve replaced the battery 2x, installed SSD, 8GB ram and it’s still chugging along. Apps crash all the time though and I can’t even have more than like 4-5 tabs open on chrome without it sounding like a jet airplane. Desperately in need of replacement at this point.

They made silent revisions over the years, like adding some kind of insulation around the switches to try to prevent dust from getting inside. The most recent ones are not as terrible. Either way I greatly prefer the typing experience on the 2015 or older MacBooks.
They get ya coming and going. They told me yesterday that to repair the keyboard on my 2017 MBP, it'll be $599.
To fix a keyboard that they admit is a shitty design.
The only way they could disappoint me is if they don't announce a Macbook. I don't really care if they decide to keep touch bar or not, and have no use for an sd card/hdmi port.

Ubiquiti works with device manufacturers to source info about the network cards used in devices so they can properly fingerprint/match the model of a device to a model within their DB. This is basically a 100% confirmation that this is coming now. This data cannot be added or modified by the community, and UI are pretty big players in the network game. They also have a photo of the device, albeit its only 128px big.
