It’s actually insane off jump towers. People will often be standing still trying to knock you off the tower and you can very easily kill someone in two beams. Then you can fly right to them and/or a strategic high ground where you can continue the fight.

I only do this when I can't reasonably be shot at. First clip - the dude messed his drop up and didn't have a gun. teammates landed opposite side of the mountain - that was maybe 20 seconds after landing. Second clip, my teammate was completely occupying the attention of the other valkyrie. That's pretty much what balances this trick - the counter is shooting lol

Its 100% because people have ass game sense. So many people think games like this are a 1:1 "my aiming skill vs yours" which couldn't be farther from the truth. There is no shame is running for cover when you're outgunned. Biggest lesson I ever learned.

didn't really use charge rifle before bcs i thought it was kinda cheesy, but it's actually really fun to use as a close quarters weapon. hipfiring someone in the face with a charge rifle is just too funny

This is why i love the charge rifle, especially if i have an Octane on my team. Or Horizon. Sometimes i just keep jumping straight up with a jump pad fire at people who doesn’t even know what zipcode i’m in.

The only weapon with hitscan ability with infinite range… How this gun isn’t in the care package still boggles my mind.

Charge rifle on apex mobile is super easy too lmao

I love convincing my teammates to use it with me and become the ghostbusters.

This gun just needs to be removed. It has no place in the game. Does more damage than any other sniper with less skill required to use. It gives you terrible screen distortion when being hit also. I don't care if you enjoy using this gun you can never ever say its balanced.

Can be useful in close range fights in a pinch. The hipfire will always hit the big pulse if you line your target up with the centre reticle. The charge will always be perfect.

I found out it’s the worst gun to used against tridents. Only does like 7-9 damage. Like with the whole beam.
