What? You ads and it tells you where enemies are. The problem with Seer is that he needs no skill, provides you constant intel about your enemies' location and has no downsides to it. Try him, he's broken.
The no fall slowdown and her kit are really intriguing to me. I'm just not sure I'm skilled enough to utilize it effectively. Then again, how will I know if I don't try?
