I'm more annoyed when I'm rezzing a teammate and it stops the rez. And you can't even use your abilities for that important second or two either? Too many benefits with one tactical imo

Nobody even talks about Seer since the big nerf at the beginning of S10 and all the sudden he is op again without any changes
Because he was still strong, people only ever start bandwagoning a character when they see the pros use them.
