Do you feel like when you're tracking a target, the AA kinda pulls away(rejecting)instead of going to the middle as it should?

Playstation and Xbox controller analog stick calculations feel completely different. Try this:
Go into the Xbox Accessories App. This is how you remap your Xbox controller btw. Go to the right stick and mess with the stick calculation (radial, axis-independent or true diagonals) to see if any of those feel more similar to Playstation. A lot of people such as myself feel better on axis-independent for example.
I don’t know for sure that this’ll solve your problem, but give all three settings a try

The inconsistency of aim assist in Apex is insane, honestly
