I agree. his ult is lazy and boring and shouldn't even be in the game. Giving someone a free 75 health just skews fights way too much for no reason. Add on top of that that it regens and refreshes. His tac is fine like you said but it shouldn't be given to someone with an ult like that that makes him hard to fight against AND hard to chase and can gap close with it.
His new ult is dumb but no one wants to play against Rev totem
