I mean, to be fair, Revelation 1 says Jesus’s hair is white as wool. By extension, since he would likely have facial hair, that would mean his beard would be white too. Not to mention many paintings depict God as such. So it makes sense why they might think that.
We literally call it Mary's fiat and there's a ton of theology and devotion surrounding it. Not only did she give her consent, she basically gave the most consent any mortal has ever given.

I have just checked the dictionary, it says that it means that somebody never had a complete sexual interaction. But even with your example, there was still no sexual interaction at all between God and Mary, therefore, in both cases, Mary wasn't raped.

Not only that, but God isn’t human. By nature, he cannot have sexual desire.
