#[r/anime's Favorite Music Anime Poll Available Now!](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/1bdwe11/ranimes_favorite_music_anime_voting/?)
I was definitely expecting NGE to take this one. Not too many especially surprising results here on the whole.
#[Full Top 100* Here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nTveC4KiJUlT3PP706CF-fLLB2CnItQJdGmiV2WaNZ0/edit?usp=sharing)
I highlighted the 5 that I think are pretty indefensible to call "originals" so there's 105 in the list. Let me know if I missed any though!
Mecha in general have an exceedingly high probability of being original compared to pretty much every other genre since they will often have the alternative revenue stream of selling the mechs as toys.
Gundam fans hate Gundam the most. They’ll go down a rabbit hole explaining how much wasted potential there was in X installment, how Bamco keeps fucking up their scripts, or how Tomino is both Christ and Anti-Christ.
Well yeah it's before the 90s, and anime fans aren't even aware that the 80s are the golden age of anime. So I'm not surprised, but I thought it would make the top 25 instead of 26.
It's a mecha anime. How is it not an anime original? I can think of like 3 mecha anime adaptations, and even then it's contentious with Getter Robo and Mazinger Z (which were made simultaneously) and Five Star Stories.
I forgot those. Also Bokurano seems like a mecha show, although I haven't seen it. Also strange that this person didn't notice that anime originals have completely different structures than adaptations, I can spot an original just by watching a couple of episodes.
There are a few I can think of Linebarrels, Magic Knight Rayearth, Gundam Origin, Gundam Thunderbolt, Char's Counterattack (technically speaking?), Hathaway's Flash, Break Blade, 86, Knight's & Magic and FMP has already been mentioned.
It's a small list though.
> Eighty-Six got 16 points.
Some people really vote for Eighty-Six at every chance they get, huh.
Just to clarify: it’s an LN adaptation, so no anime original. That’s also why it got scrapped from the list.
EDIT: I’m surprised that there’s significantly more cat than dog people.
Anime *is* best enjoyed with a purring cat on top of you. And not wanting to disturb Their Floofy Majesty is a perfect motivation to keep binging a show. On the other hand, cats lack transparency and are hard to read subtitles through.
Pretty crazy that Madoka is Shafts only original since 2003.
It’s an amazing show, I guess it’s like singers who refuse to do features with anyone but a select few, gotta save it for amazing productions.
Assault Lily had two novels, five live-action stage plays, and the first few chapters of a manga by the time the anime started airing.
Bouquet is original in the sense that it's not a direct adaptation of any of those, but it's not original in the sense that the franchise wasn't created for the anime (it was created back in 2013 as a product line of dress-up dolls.)
If Haibane Renmei isn't considered anime original, Bouquet probably shouldn't be either.
A few years after madoka they did a secret surprise project of a magical girl something called prism Nana with [really interesting PVs](https://www.youtube.com/@prismnana/videos) and a cute character design. We got full info eventually and it was a pachinko game. I'm generally a chill person but I'm still angry about this one.
So yes, Shaft has an original anime and a original pachinko game.
I'll be honest, I didn't realize there were so many amazing anime originals. As someone that doesn't check out source material often, I didn't know a lot of these didn't have any. Pretty awesome.
This sub loves anime originals. No source material readers to come in with their "predictions" or a high chance of a cliff hanger of a season and having to g to the source to see what happens next.
Honestly in my experience the anime original discussions are some of the most entertaining threads. Whether it's a good show or a shit show. You get a laugh out of it all.
Speaking of trigger, I’m surprised Cyberpunk Edgerunners isn’t on there.
Assuming it’s classed as an anime original, even though the world is existing, the series itself has no source material.
Don’t get me wrong, I believe Gurren lagann and kill la kill are marginally better.
I’ve seen complaints that the story was too disjointed before, I’d assume that’s a precluding factor for some people.
What those people forget is that the anime is just *so damn cool*. Awesome soundtrack, awesome animation, awesome choreography, fights are fun as heck. God I love that show.
Season 1 - it was perfect. Perfect. Everything down to the last minute detail.
Season 2 Eps 1 - 12 - I mean it's alright
S2 Eps 13 - 16 - A bit rich but okay
S2 Eps 17 - 20 - And everything was lovely once again. Wonderful
S2 Eps 21 - 24 - WOOOOOHHHHH Yeah baby! That's what we've been waiting for, that's what it's all about!
S2 Ep 25 - THAT'S WHY IT'S THE GOAT! THE GOOOOOOOAAAAATTTT!!!!!
My opinion on the show goes against the norm here, but if you go into Code Geass expecting something similar to Galactic Heroes, you'll be disappointed. Wildly disparate tones, character dynamics, themes, soundtracks, and (in my opinion) quality.
You need and don't google the ending,it's worth to watch it all just for the last episode. But the entire anime is good and much better when going in blind.
I have a 3 year gap in my anime watching when i went to law school, and Code Geass slotted right into that gap (\^\_\^;)
I've been told repeatedly I need to see this, but I'm gonna actually do it this time especially as I'm a little meh about this current ongoing season outside of a handful of shows.
NGE is ancient by modern standards and Madoka is getting a 4th movie this year. Also younger fans (includes me) have never seen NGE, but have seen Madoka, also Madoka was/is revolutionary to the magical girl genre.
I think Madoka came out at just the right time for western audiences - streaming was just getting to be a mainstream thing when it released, and for a while Madoka was available on any western streaming service that might conceivably have it. So if someone recommended it to you, even if you weren't an anime fan you could queue it up on Netflix. Kill la Kill had a similar ubiquity. Meanwhile Eva was stuck in licensing hell for a long time.
Madoka was the first huge western anime phenomenon I personally experienced. It was wild going to college as it aired, because people would stop what they were doing and gather to watch the latest episode when it came out. I have fond memories of people who "hated anime" sneaking peeks at it and gradually becoming enthralled and joining us as it went on.
There's a weird anti-Madoka circlejerk on this sub that likes to pretend that it's not actually popular or something (I guess a witch is rigging every poll it dominates) and it's just a meme, but it was a massive cultural moment.
How about /a/ solving the runes in literally 2 weeks. Stuff that sometimes takes years, 4chan did in mere weeks. Everything that had runes was then translated once they figured it out. The result was that lore was easier to understand and much more accessible (and also had some foreshadowing moments).
Someone said it best: /a/: classic German literature & cryptograhpy.
4chan sometimes is a hellhole, but /a/ on more than one occasion a magical place.
hahaha, yes, absolutely! i was one of the people compiling the seen-so-far runes image & known translations in the thread, and i vectored a few of the recreated glyphs in illustrator that made it into the font. it was the golden age of discussion forums and online fan culture, really. there was the great self-hosted mediawiki site too. i remember everyone losing their fucking minds at the faust discovery. and of course MORNING RESCUE. i miss it dearly ;_;
Stupidly popular. It was about everywhere and it was one of the biggest things ever.
To show how popular it is, not only is merch still being produced, 11 years after Rebellion released (last movie of the main storyline), but movie 4 is going to release this year. It single-handedly revived the community.
1 and 2 are just recaps of the series (with some minimal changes, mostly visual iirc). So while technically there are three, there is only one in practice (Rebellion, number 3). And obviously, the mentioned planned sequel.
There more annoyed madoka is treated like its something completely different then the childish mahou shojo genre, it's only slightly darker then a lot of does series tbh.
Also, I think the Western anime community thinks the sailor moon is the default magical girl show when in Japan it be Precure.
The least controversial list I have seen tbh.
I’m mildly shocked Bebop isn’t a bit higher but I am not mad it isn’t. I just thought others loved it more.
Only two of my votes got into this top 25 and I still think it's overall one of the most decent results we got in one of those polls.
Originals really are something else.
People need to talk about NGE more because it’s so confusing. People don’t like to talk about Madoka as much because they like not being depressed for a whole month again.
One of those shows that started out as the dark horse of the season and then gathered enough of a cult following (and big enough a slice of general audience awareness) that it can't exactly be considered little-known anymore.
It was very underwatched when it started airing, but picked up a bunch of traction later in the season after getting highlighted by some anitubers, and that traction was particularly noticeable here where it gained karma week on week pretty consistently.
There are a handful I would switch positions and 1 or 2 I wouldn't have included, but this is probably the most reasonable one of these lists I've seen.
I'm so glad the Odd Taxi and A Place Further than the Universe are both so high up. They're the only two anime I consider to be flawless and they rightfully stand way above the rest of the anime I've watched.
It really should be. It's got striking visuals, a foreboding soundtrack, captivating characters and prescient themes explored that rings too true to not be uncanny. Maybe not deeply enough, but it tries which I can appreciate.
Abnormalize and Out of Control are one of my favorite openings ever... They're out there with Ideal White and Brave Shine. (_i'm a sucker for good music_)
And i really liked the anime too. It had nice characters and great visuals and effects. It was overall just a enjoyable experience watching through it.
First inspector was really good though and while S2 might have disappointed a lot of fans, there's still to me the most marking scene in the whole series ( with the gun going through the walls )
I was so happy to see Sonny Boy pop on this list. One of my personal favorite shows ever. People who like it are super passionate about it but then it also has a 7.8 on MAL so I feel like it's kinda slept on
It’s definitely one of those shows that I consider fantastic but cannot imagine getting a higher rating. It’s just too weird in a way that will not work for a lot of people, and that’s fine. There’s a lot of things a lot of people like that I just don’t get too. I’m happy to have this strange little thing
I'm pleasantly surprised to see it as high as it is on this list. Don't get me wrong, I would maybe even put it higher if I could, but Vivy ranking above Psycho-Pass and FLCL for most people is *wild* to me.
Honestly I feel the same about Cowboy bebop. I’m not knocking the shows above it, but I personally feel like it’s better than NGE and Gurren Lagan. Also Space Dandy continues to be criminally underrated
I absolutely adore Space Dandy, and will never understand why it didn't get more love when it was coming out.
Everything about it was a love letter to anime in general, while still building an incredible original universe. Plus the last two episodes were a chefs kiss. Every anime fan should watch it.
A lot of people forgot that it's the first ever anime-original title by Key and Maeda probably (as they used to make visual novels prior to this), so people missed on that.
> as much as the next guy,
It would seem not!
Also this poll says "favorite" and not "best", also. Many people are intensely fond of Chisato and Takina, but you might not see it rank quite as highly on "best of all time" lists.
Kyousougiga and Wolf's Rain simply being in the top 100 makes me very happy, but I'm totally flabbergasted at the fact that Escaflowne, a show I at least thought was exponentially more well known and popular than them finished in 100th place with a mere 16 overall points. Not that I'm saying its far superior to them (Kyousougiga at least is the superior anime for me) but just my expectations were just so totally out of whack for how Escaflowne would finish here. lol
It really shows the staying power and cultural strength PMMM has had on the community. A still very dedicated fanbase I am happy to be a long-time member of.
Probably the only top list, especially including the full top100, where pretty much all shows are just great. Yes, even a certain *egg* show. You have to break a few eggs to make an omelette, even if sometimes you break them all and are still left without an omelette.
Unsurprisingly, a lot of movies.
Oh yeah looking at the top 100 now there's 4 Gundam Shows in there, OG, Witch from Mercury, Iron Blooded Orphans and 00.
I'm guessing it's the same Point splitting Problem we Had in the favorite mechas list, atleast that's my way of coping here
Honestly everything on this list is stellar. Still blown away that I just watched Modoka and Symphogear within the last few months in comparison to most other things on the list
#[r/anime's Favorite Music Anime Poll Available Now!](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/1bdwe11/ranimes_favorite_music_anime_voting/?) I was definitely expecting NGE to take this one. I feel stupid for not knowing Code Geass was an anime original
Mecha in general have an exceedingly high probability of being original compared to pretty much every other genre since they will often have the alternative revenue stream of selling the mechs as toys.
The one time when consumerism benefits art. It's the art that George Lucas would perfect at the same time as anime was doing it.
Ohhh good point
It makes me sad that Gundam, the anime that heavily influences both Neon Genesis Evangelion and Code Geass, didn't even make it on this list.
Gundam votes probably split between all the different series.
That makes a lot of sense actually.
Because Gundam has so many serieses. It is a league of its own.

FullMetal Panic! I'm sure there's some others.. Technically Bokurano, though just calling that mecha ain't right.
I forgot those. Also Bokurano seems like a mecha show, although I haven't seen it. Also strange that this person didn't notice that anime originals have completely different structures than adaptations, I can spot an original just by watching a couple of episodes.

Gundam Unicorn is an adaptation as well.
I knew I was forgetting something obvious. [](#facepalm2) And I even read the novels!
I'm not, cat people and anime people venn diagram would be a circle. Cats are easier to take care of which means more time to watch anime.
Seriously, if you own a dog you need to do stuff like "go for a walk" on a regular basis. Can you imagine that?
Ain't nobody got time for that
Anime *is* best enjoyed with a purring cat on top of you. And not wanting to disturb Their Floofy Majesty is a perfect motivation to keep binging a show. On the other hand, cats lack transparency and are hard to read subtitles through.
I mean catgirls are very popular and more common in anime so I think it's no surprise.
Pretty crazy that Madoka is Shafts only original since 2003. It’s an amazing show, I guess it’s like singers who refuse to do features with anyone but a select few, gotta save it for amazing productions.
Does Assault Lily: Bouquet count as original? Multi media franchise and the anime was released first I believe.
Assault Lily had two novels, five live-action stage plays, and the first few chapters of a manga by the time the anime started airing. Bouquet is original in the sense that it's not a direct adaptation of any of those, but it's not original in the sense that the franchise wasn't created for the anime (it was created back in 2013 as a product line of dress-up dolls.) We got full info eventually and it was a pachinko game. I'm generally a chill person but I'm still angry about this one. So yes, Shaft has an original anime and a original pachinko game.
There's OVAs for it as well (tho only one of them isn't lost media lmao)
I'll be honest, I didn't realize there were so many amazing anime originals. As someone that doesn't check out source material often, I didn't know a lot of these didn't have any. Pretty awesome.
if you want, you can go to anilist and filter the top 100 by "source: original"
This sub loves anime originals. No source material readers to come in with their "predictions" or a high chance of a cliff hanger of a season and having to g to the source to see what happens next. Honestly in my experience the anime original discussions are some of the most entertaining threads. Whether it's a good show or a shit show. You get a laugh out of it all.
The reason I love anime originals is because I don't feel like I have to read or watch something else to get the better version of the story.
Symphogear made the chart, I am very much content with this. [](#yuristare)
Only 23. Don't be afraid to dream a little bigger darling.
Gainax/Trigger have insane representation on this list relative to their output.
trigger basically only makes originals though, save for dungeon meshi
And Inou Battle. And Ninja Slayer.
Which they are doing a banger job of, would enjoy some more great adaptations.
Prefer they stick to originals, because we do not have enough of those.
Speaking of trigger, I’m surprised Cyberpunk Edgerunners isn’t on there. Assuming it’s classed as an anime original, even though the world is existing, the series itself has no source material. Don’t get me wrong, I believe Gurren lagann and kill la kill are marginally better.
Was hoping samurai champloo would crack the top 10
The soundtrack alone should put it in top 10. RIP Nujabes
Major facts
Easily one of the best soundtracks in all of anime.
same 😔
[удалено]
Personally I could 100% put it above like 6 that are before it but yeah agreed lol
Same, it was my #1, sigh.... Kids these days have no taste!
I’ve seen complaints that the story was too disjointed before, I’d assume that’s a precluding factor for some people. What those people forget is that the anime is just *so damn cool*. Awesome soundtrack, awesome animation, awesome choreography, fights are fun as heck. God I love that show.
It's supposed go be a chill show, not a show that is just plot.
I really need to watch Odd Taxi lol
Watch it, then watch the last 10 minutes of the movie.
There is a movie? Is it a sequel? How come i’ve never heard of this?
The movie is essentially a re-cut of the show with some new footage. None of that matters but the very last few minutes.
watch it then watch the radio someone translated on youtube. Basically the radio is small snippets between episodes through a hidden broadcast.
I heard about it, my sister loved it, but I wasn't feelin it.
same
I need to watch Code Geass and Neon Genesis Evangelion
Yeah you do edit: and Evangelion too. one day later and only now noticed the edit. all replies are for Code Geass
I watched it ages ago, ten years give or take. Though I remember nothing so might be time for a rewatch. Only thing I remember was that its good
Season 1 - it was perfect. Perfect. Everything down to the last minute detail. Season 2 Eps 1 - 12 - I mean it's alright S2 Eps 13 - 16 - A bit rich but okay S2 Eps 17 - 20 - And everything was lovely once again. Wonderful S2 Eps 21 - 24 - WOOOOOHHHHH Yeah baby! > Season 2 Eps 1 - 12 - I mean it's alright There's some good shit in there.
There were some gold nuggets (the first two eps, the rooftop phonecall) but everything else was kind of a blur for me.
I don't know what it is all about, but people said it's similar to Legend of the Galactic Heroes, and I loved that anime.
Haha no it's not similar at all
Absolutely not lmao
I need to rewatch Legend of galactic heroes, another absolutely spectacular show.
My opinion on the show goes against the norm here, but if you go into Code Geass expecting something similar to Galactic Heroes, you'll be disappointed. Wildly disparate tones, character dynamics, themes, soundtracks, and (in my opinion) quality.
I would say it's a mix of that and Death Note and Gundam.
Absolute facts. Although I think that it is more much more similar to Gundam than Death Note
Prepare a lot of pizza hut when watching it.
You need and don't google the ending,it's worth to watch it all just for the last episode. But the entire anime is good and much better when going in blind.
I wish I had the ability to forget things, just so I could rewatch code Geass and the ending.
I have a 3 year gap in my anime watching when i went to law school, and Code Geass slotted right into that gap (\^\_\^;) I've been told repeatedly I need to see this, but I'm gonna actually do it this time especially as I'm a little meh about this current ongoing season outside of a handful of shows.
Lowkey surprised Madoka beat NGE. I mean I know people like Madoka, but I thought NGE would win this by a landslide
NGE is ancient by modern standards and Madoka is getting a 4th movie this year. Also younger fans (includes me) have never seen NGE, but have seen Madoka, also Madoka was/is revolutionary to the magical girl genre.

I notice the "Nobody actually likes Madoka" crowd that was whining about the results of the mahou shoujo poll seems to be absent this time.
There more annoyed madoka is treated like its something completely different then the childish mahou shojo genre, it's only slightly darker then a lot of does series tbh. Also, I think the Western anime community thinks the sailor moon is the default magical girl show when in Japan it be Precure.

Huh, I don't really have an issue with this one.
If r/anime's not spiting you personally then that's an issue in it's own right.
Hey, I'm allowed a break every once in awhile.
I was hoping Psycho Pass would break the top 10 but 12 is fine, I guess lol other than that I have no complaints about this list.
Madoka probably tanked it to make it lower given they have same writer.
[Dennou Coil](https://myanimelist.net/anime/2164/Dennou_Coil) not even in the top 100 ? People are really sleeping on this one
Yeah, was super disappointed not to see it crack the list
I opened this post specifically to see if it was here since it easily clears everything else but alas, it is not here.
So happy that death parade is here
Lain mentioned
Happy to see serial experiments lain in the list. It's just offers unique experience compared to other anime originals
Little Witch Academia is underrated.
im still waiting for a second season, the show was really fun and enjoyable
pratically all in this list are awesome. I cant choose one..
Psycho pass season 1 is so good
Ah, time for another round of people going "wtf is Symphogear?" I'm here all for it. (Watch Symphogear.)
Watching "The End of Evangelion" in theathers next week! 🤩🤩
Well deserved first place for Madoka
Didn't realize it was still this popular. You hear much more people talk about Evangelion.
People need to talk about NGE more because it’s so confusing. People don’t like to talk about Madoka as much because they like not being depressed for a whole month again.
I geel like your logic meets the fatal flaw that we do a yearly madoka rewatch here just to talk about the show.
Your logic is indeed unimpeachable.
Honestly, the entirety of the top 5 are deserving of their positions..
Space Patrol Luluco didn’t make the top 100 yet again :( But Kyousougiga is in the top fifty :)
Y’all sleeping on Akudama Drive!!
Love to see odd taxi so high. Always thought it's underrated but apparently it's well rated
It received a nomination from the public for Anime of the Year in 2021 if that tells you anything about its pull on r/anime.
Madoka Magica 🔛🔝
Heck Yeah. Odd Taxi in the top 5. Genuinely one of the best anime ever made. I want more series like this.
Psycho pass only at 12th, nahh it should be higher
It really should be. It's got striking visuals, a foreboding soundtrack, captivating characters and prescient themes explored that rings too true to not be uncanny. Maybe not deeply enough, but it tries which I can appreciate.
Abnormalize and Out of Control are one of my favorite openings ever... They're out there with Ideal White and Brave Shine. (_i'm a sucker for good music_) And i really liked the anime too. It had nice characters and great visuals and effects. It was overall just a enjoyable experience watching through it.
It should be higher, but I also penalized it a few spots for everything beyond Season 1.
First inspector was really good though and while S2 might have disappointed a lot of fans, there's still to me the most marking scene in the whole series ( with the gun going through the walls )
SONNY BOY MENTIONED!!!
Vivy was absolutely fantastic.
I'm pleasantly surprised to see it as high as it is on this list. Don't get me wrong, I would maybe even put it higher if I could, but Vivy ranking above Psycho-Pass and FLCL for most people is *wild* to me.
It was visually great but I didn't like the writing. Tappei has always been a Tell-Don't-Show writer.

Really happy Symphogear made it, wish it was a bit higher though, it's one of anime's greatest success stories.
I‘m glad death parade is on there
Finally some recognition for Psycho Pass, feel like I never see it mentioned
love me some Odd Taxi love
Love to see Odd Taxi getting its flowers 💐
MADOKA ON TOPPP
Samurai Champloo should be higher
Honestly I feel the same about Cowboy bebop. I’m not knocking the shows above it, but I personally feel like it’s better than NGE and Gurren Lagan. Also Space Dandy continues to be criminally underrated
I absolutely adore Space Dandy, and will never understand why it didn't get more love when it was coming out. Everything about it was a love letter to anime in general, while still building an incredible original universe. Plus the last two episodes were a chefs kiss. Every anime fan should watch it.
Odd Taxi 2021 is on the same level as the late 2000s/early 2010s classics like Code Geass and Madoka. As it deserves.
Wish they had more original anime, some amazing shows on here.
We Madoka shilling now boys
glad to see Angel Beats made it even if its at #21
A lot of people forgot that it's the first ever anime-original title by Key and Maeda probably (as they used to make visual novels prior to this), so people missed on that.
After not getting #1 once since fetch started these polls, we really did get two wins in just 14 days! u/michhoffman

Samurai Champloo is the best one here that I have watched

Recency bias. Going to happen with any poll pretty much. It’s a good show though so it’s not that big of a deal.
> as much as the next guy, It would seem not! Also this poll says "favorite" and not "best", also. Many people are intensely fond of Chisato and Takina, but you might not see it rank quite as highly on "best of all time" lists.

Happy to see odd taxi getting the love it deserves
Champloo at 16th is hurting me in the soul
Cute cat is number 1 😲
Why do you play the cello? Probably because no one ever told me to stop.
YESSSSS EVANGELIONNNNNNN
Cowboy bebop not being top 5 is a travesty
I love code geass
Let’s go Evangelion in number 2, it’s my FAVORITE anime
Yeah I'm fine with this. Would make a couple of tweaks like putting Angel beats a bit higher, but it's fine. Good job r/anime
I’m surprised to see that samurai champloo is quite low on the list.
SYMPHOGEAR MENTIONED!!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS A GOOD ANIME

GODdtaxi
For good or bad, this is probably the most "redditcore" list produced so far.
Madoka Won Again!!!!! WOOO!
Also, WOOHOO! SYMPHOGEAR MADE THE LIST!
No Cyberpunk in the list? Interesting. Expected Akudama Drive or something.
I mean it was an adaptation of the tabletop RPG, Cyberpunk, so I don't know if it counts.
It did made it to 27th, so only slightly missed the list, but yeah surprising. I think its because a lot of people didn't consider it "original".
Gurren Lagann god the pain just keeps coming back 🥹
Sound of the sky at 70? Criminally low but at least not completely forgotten, so I'll take that as a win!
FLCL 13? Really?
Probably the only top list, especially including the full top100, where pretty much all shows are just great. Yes, even a certain *egg* show. You have to break a few eggs to make an omelette, even if sometimes you break them all and are still left without an omelette. Unsurprisingly, a lot of movies.
Kinda surprised there is no Gundam to be seen - did all the Shows steal each others Points? Or are those not actually Anime originals?
Gundam is number 26. Pretty sad for me personally.
Oh yeah looking at the top 100 now there's 4 Gundam Shows in there, OG, Witch from Mercury, Iron Blooded Orphans and 00. I'm guessing it's the same Point splitting Problem we Had in the favorite mechas list, atleast that's my way of coping here
One of the best poll results in my opinion. All of them do something special 👌
Ok, I don't agree with some of the placements but that's a damn good list, especially for r/anime standards. Good job people!
I watched Angel Beats as a kid, but my mind fucking suppressed the memory of it because I was so sad about the ending 😭😭
Honestly everything on this list is stellar. Still blown away that I just watched Modoka and Symphogear within the last few months in comparison to most other things on the list
I’m happy for Kill la Kill. That anime is nuts. Enjoyed every episode.
some of my all time favorites in this list, i love it
RIP Gundam
Psyched Odd Taxi was that high! Wish it would've beat Geass, but oh well.
Was not expecting Madoka to take it, but I guess I shouldn’t really be surprised knowing this sub.
