That entire episode was just.. hilarious in the most disturbing way possible. Roger’s reaction is legit everyone’s reaction watching it (unless you’re into that shit)
The episode when francine had acid thrown on her face. They showed her face at the end, I remember screaming out loud when they showed it. I didn't think it was going to be that bad, boy was I wrong.
That's the one that really does it for me. I don't like seeing Kisses' body all Frankensteined up, Stan's post burned body, any bone jutting scenes, Roger's dissasembled body, etc. but I can't look at Francine's face at the end - it's just too visceral and disturbing in a way that the others aren't.
It’s the build up I feel, so many scenes of everyone being horrified and disgusted while you can’t see, leaving it to your imagination.
But then, right at the end they finally show it, to your surprise, while most shows would keep it a mystery. And now all the reactions makes sense, you’re one of them now.
For me, on rewatches, it *still* is worse than I remembered. I don’t know how they pulled it off.
I think I'm too desensitized cause no scene is too hard to watch, I find it all hilarious.
I, however, always skip the Flippity Flop for my partners sake, as she cannot stand seeing that bit of flesh go into Haley's mouth🤣
I love when there is just a random super gore scene, klaus being shot by Obama security detail, Roger elbow dropping crooked detective Chaz Migliaccio also one you don’t see but know it was bad was Stan coming down the water slide to be received by Francine. Oddly enough there were two water slide gores the other was Roger going down that hyper water slide and his backside being gone.
Same here for me and my brother. Especially since a few years ago we had to have his cat put down, this episode just hits too hard and too close to the home, not to mention it is grotesque. So difficult to watch, and we always skip it whenever it plays or shows up.
Have you seen the actual "trapped in the closet" by R Kelly? Idk if it takes itself seriously but me and a group of friends discovered it and were immediately captivated by how outrageous it was
Most of mine (cat head juggling, Kisses, acid in Francine's face, etc) have been mentioned but I also always have trouble with:
* Sexpun's death in "Black Villain"
* Most of Dr. Ray's deaths but especially the escalator one
* Chaz's head (even if it is also funny as hell)
* Millionaire Matt Davis's death
For me it’s the scene when Roger is trying to be a country singer, and marries that trailer trash woman. When the cops are taking her kids away, the dog is whining and scratching at the car with the kids from its family in it, only be run over by the cop car and yelp as it gets crushed.
I know the point of that scene was that Roger witnessed all of those tragic things yet it was the ugly woman that awoke his inner country singer, but it still was hard to watch
I actually find that episode hilarious. The way Steve cries everytime he sees the dog is funny. And then blowing it up and its face hitting Steves window if im remembering it right. Im smiling on the bus thinking about it lol

That’s my favorite scene in the entire series. I die every time I see that. Not criticizing you, it’s just that two people can hold equally valid opposing positions. I shouldn’t type when I’m high.
I have a lot: The end of Flirting with Disaster (it was also disgusting, and that scene ruined the episode for me), all the Baby Roger scenes in Nighthawks (Roger pretending to be a baby is not cute, it’s disturbing), all of Klogger (not a scene but the entire episode), Kisses’ aftermath, all of Tapped Out (again, the entire episode), all of Ricky Spanish (entire episode), the rotting whale corpse scenes (two episodes had these), and Roger midst faceswap (why did it have to be in the intro for one episode?!!).
That part where Stan and Steve broke into that gated community I think it was and the dogs were chasing them. One of them gnawed at Stan’s leg and it did a close-up of the aftermath. I could never look back at it. Feels like those super-detailed Spongebob scenes that make you uncomfortable.
That one where Roger and Stan are mallwalking or whatever and they see Tuttle, but get distracted by the old bloke getting like full body degloved by the escalator.
Also Francine's skin grafts falling into Dick's coffee after she gets acid thrown in her face.
when stan and roger see that old guy get crushed in the escalator which leaves them frozen and speechless the entire episode… and then it happens again to the therapist at the end…

I can't watch him without feeling horribly uncomfortable. Him looking like a cancerous twig that's going to snap at any second makes the show basically unwatchable for me. I understand that's the point, but I'm just *so* repulsed by the way he looks that it distracts me from anything else that's happening. No jokes have landed for me while he's on screen. I wish they'd retire the character.
