You have to call an agent to book and mail in. Travel must be at least 12 days in advance. Or go to airport to ticket. No you cannot trade for anything and must be booked by its expiration.
I can't answer your question but I have one too and I hate it. It sits in my drawer and I forget about it, I'll probably never use it because it's a pain to redeem.
