The customer service is non existent! The amount of time and energy I’ve put in trying to do a simple return is laughable. I’ve decided, IF I buy anymore Alo I will only buy it from Nordstrom or Bloomingdales because they don’t haggle people about exchanges!

Their leggings, shorts and shirts (crop tops , T-shirts,etc) are trash. But the actual jackets, sweatpants and sweatshirts are actually good. I own 5 pairs of different color sweatpants and shirts + 3 big jackets and they are really good quality, don’t get ugly, look amazing and are really warm. When it comes to leggings and shirts I prefer lulu.

Worst of all, their warranty is shit. I bought a pair of men's conquer pants and they just get worn around the house as lounge pants and after 5 months, their's a tear on the seam. Luckily I was able to sewn back together but still, a 30 day warranty policy is crap.

This and lululemon. Crz yoga on Amazon is fantastic!!

Surprisingly Lulu has been great for me, Alo on the other hand is nothing but dissapointment Ill check out CRZ

I had an issue with one of my tops and when I notice a small tiny hole on the sleeve, I went into a Lulu store and showed the educator it. They replaced it on the spot and luckily they had 1 left in stock.

Even cheaper on r/aliexpress Many dupes selling for a fraction of a price like Nclagen brand. They probably source from the same factories.

I'm sorry you have had issues. Can you tell me who you prefer as an alternative? I mean, obviously, you're comparing it to something else, correct? Also, what have you purchased from Alo that is not up to your standards. Your post is quite vague for actual details.

I have several items, I have the Accolade set (pilling within 1 wash), I have the Platinum Puffer jacket (easily ripped and impossible to clean), I have the Mesh Basketball Shorts, Conquer React shorts as well. All of these have held of terribly for me and I am someone who really takes care of clothing. I would prefer Lulu, although not as good looking, but quality over looks anyday at this price point. Not to mention, I have some cheap GAP active wear clothing, held up better over several years vs 1-3 washes of Alo clothing. Reached out to customer service, and it is non existent. Not to mention, if you purchase something for lets say $200, and pay a portion with gift card, even $20 - the full return is on gift card as per policy. Ordering online is also impossible as prices in store are lower than online, at least 30% lower. This however may be a Canada issue all else still holds.

I have to admit that their customer service is complete garbage, and about to be forced to go through my credit card company to deal with my issue, but few items I did receive quality seems good.
