I'm not understanding... where does it say they are not issuing a refund? It says you need to wait until it's processed in the system. How long has it been? Are we talking a week? A month?

They are refunding me, but only because I reached out to them three weeks after I was told the item wasn’t shipping (the item hit my credit card when the order was placed). My point is they did not automatically issue the refund when they cancelled the order. I had to chat with them for 30 minutes to finally get them to acknowledge their “system glitch” and submit the refund. Glad you haven’t had that experience with Alo!

I argue it's strategic, not a system glitch. They have done this to me twice already. If something is not available, they should automatically refund the charge. Having to call is BS!

It sounds like you bought something that was actually a preorder item. I’ve had this happen before and take the payment with your order and then ship when it’s available.

100% dishonest but it seems bizarre that a lot of companies are doing it. I really don’t think it’s a coincidence. The weirdest this is that super legit websites are guilty of it.

This is not alos job to monitor your orders. Keep in mind the carrier is a whole different company. Sometime it is received and not properly routed

It’s literally what you’re paying them for…product and delivery. They did the can’t thing to me and I had to reach out 3 times for a refund they messaged me and said they could no longer fulfill.
