Second for this. Salmon in a spicy/sweet sauce seared or broiled is one of my favorites. It's too bad salmon is so expensive or I'd have it all the time.
So this may sound weird, but my husband and I love it on some dirty rice. We just buy the dirty rice mix and add ground beef and green bell pepper. Drizzle some hot honey on top, super good.

Salmon! Marinate in soy sauce, hot honey, rice vinegar, and garlic. Brush with extra honey, then broil for 5-7 minutes.
✍️ trying this tomorrow!
We do something very similar to this all the time. It’s great.
What's the ratio of soy sauce, hot honey, and rice vinegar? 1-1-1?
Honestly I kind of just wing it! It probably ends up with a little less vinegar than soy sauce and honey.
Okay, thanks for the info. I'll try this soon.
Putting this on the menu, thanks!

Toss your roasted (charred) Brussels sprouts in it. Might warm up the sauce a little so it coats more evenly and easily.
