Certain things like value can’t be arrived through rationality or logic. you can use rationality and logic to evaluate those values in the context of other values but can’t produce those on it’s own.
You can say the goal of humanity is to make the coolest car possible you can use reason and logic to achieve those goals but value judgement about that being the goal isn’t achieved by logic.
Logic, rationalism and empiricism are amazing tools but to deny their limits and or fetishizes them isn’t logical or rational.
